Swiggy — amount debited twice and not refunded even after 12 days

On 10th jan, i paid rs.351 twice for an order (Order #[protected]). I keep chasing the customer service and get a standard response that the amount will be auto refunded in 5-7 days. My bank confirmed that both times swiggy claimed the amount and is credited to them. Transaction ids:

Initially they claimed they got the amount only once. When i ask them to send me a confirmation email so that i can forward to my bank and get back the first payment done, they say they can't do that as its not in their process.

Lastly, they are now saying they cant find my order! Well, clearly they were not even checking the order details and giving me a standard response every time. Please initiate a refund to my amount or send me an email stating the transaction number for which the payment should be refunded. I can then follow up with my bank to get the refund.
