I placed order an order from shawrma wala in v3s mall using swiggy app. I placed order at 5pm today and order got confirmed by 5:02pm. I waited till 5:45 for the food to be delivered but when i checked app again it showed that delivery executive has not reached the restaurant. I called the customer support and they apointed a new delivery executive and assured me if in case i receive cold food they will arrange a replacement. I received my food at 6:15pm, cold and inadequate quantity and some foul smell. So i had a chat with the swiggy chat support, instead o[censored]nderstanding my querry he closed chat without resolution. I was chatting with him but he did'nt care and closed chat. I called swiggy customer support and they said we can not help you, even after promising me that in case of any issues they will send me a replacement they just denied help.
This is not for the first time i have faced issues. I had issues with swiggy in past too. They do not care, their customer support and chat support is pathetic.
They just eat your money and we get nothing to eat.
