Swiggy — Booking and Clarification

I am writing to inform you that I have not yet received the refund of ₹250 for my last cancelled Dineout booking.
I have already contacted my bank regarding this issue, and they confirmed that the refund has not been initiated from your end. Since the payment was not initiated by the bank, they advised me to reach out to Swiggy support for further assistance.

I kindly request you to please check this issue and initiate the refund at the earliest possible.
