I am extremely disappointed with the pathetic service I have received for my recent Swiggy Instamart order (Order ID: [protected]). I received completely incorrect items, and despite raising a complaint via the in-app help center, I was asked to wait 6 hours with no immediate resolution.
The delivery agent then called, claiming he would pick up the wrong order. When I asked for my actual order, he had no clue about it. Instead, he took me to the Instamart store, where I wasted another 30 minutes in pointless discussions, only to return home empty-handed.
This is beyond unacceptable. I have wasted my time, energy, and effort due to Swiggy’s lack of coordination and terrible service. Since you have failed to deliver what I paid for, I demand:
1. Immediate refund for my order.
2. Compensation/concession for the time and frustration caused by your service.
