I'm totally disappointed in my cancellation fees of my order. By mistakenly i was added a extra item that's why i cancelled the order there is no edit option in there interface that's why i cancelled my ordered. And I also reordered same restaurant that too they didn't consider also raised complain in the swiggy support but didn't response.

I regularly order from Swiggy, but today I had a very bad experience with an order from The Kathi Roll Express, Lal Kothi, Jaipur. They delivered extremely poor-quality food, and the packing included waste papers, which is completely unhygienic and unacceptable.

Unprofessional behavior and support from Swiggy, I felt very bad for the service provided.

Our of 4 items 1 item was missing in the parcel as i already paid for the whole amount.

Customer care fellows were useless as they did not help me. I am going to expose Swiggy via twitter and other sites and ask not to use Swiggy better for more professional Zomato...

It has 1+1 offer applied and while checkout the cart value has changed suddenly and in that moment I have placed the order. I have placed the same order with twice the amount due to last minute sudden changes. I proceeded after confirming the order value and taxes but later it got changed at last step.

It was supposed to be delivered around 4.21pm. I am writing this around 5.20 pm.
Delivery person not responding after reaching the premises.
2 different agents have spoken over call and there is no solution.
There is no weather condition or something.

It is total harassment. This is not the first time, such an indecent by SWIGGY....

I ordered some food from my account on swiggy.. and the delivery person called me and asked my phone number as he was saying that his bike have some issue. I gave him my phone no. and the person who delivered asked for the OTP which i later saw and it said login otp. I think i got scammed as there is some new number which is now associated or changed with my phone number. Please look it this and do something as soon as possible....
