Swiggy — Cafe did not accept the payment from swiggy dine out

I recently went to local cafe connaught place Delhi. Upon the payment they refused to accept the payment from swiggy dine out and mentioned that they have to pay some commission to swiggy if they accept the payment from this mode. However I being as a customer is allowed to make payment from whichever source I want. If I would have make payment from swiggy dine out I could have saved 10, 000.
