Last Sunday 10th Dec 2023 I have booked Genie to swnd few products to my brother in law that i bought from Abroad. Around 3.38PM rider Sabavath Akhil alias Lokesh has called me to pickup the package. I guided him. He came to my flat and took the parcel. However hw diidnt change the staus of the order as recived and on the way to drop. I immediately called him. He said he is about to do that. I waited for couole of minutes and he has not done it. I immediately went down to catch him but by then he left my kocation. I felt something is wrong and pishy.understood he theft the parcel. I connected with swiggy customer care immediately. I wa son chat with them till 9.20PM. But got no help. They asked 12 hrs time. After that also I got no help or resolution from them. Swiggy said i can raise a police complaint. I asked them to provide me rider details so that i can log police complaint. But swiggy denied. It's sad to know that they hired a criminal. Its been 2 days and til now they are unable to catch him and punish him legally. His phone is ringing. Sometimes its switchedoff. Though he answers the phone he disconnets the unknown calls. Once he answered but claims me to speak to swiggy. He is very confident that he will neither be caught nor punished. I understad that he must have done many thefts and will do more if we leave him. Sadthing is swiggy is not helping me nir provding me rider details. Yesterday evening ilogged a policecomplaint. They tried to help me but the only information we have is rider name and contact number. Without other details its tough for police to do the investigation. Police sked me for more detils like rider bike number and other details.as swiggy denied to provide those i am helpless. I am restkess, sleepless from 2 days. Going through lot of mental tension and physical pressure. Finally iam helpless. A fraudster nd a thief is roaming happily. This is how our system works. We are helping him to commit more crimes. I sincerely request you to catch this guy and punish him. This must be a lesson to other online apps that provide delivery services. Anyone who wants do such frauds should be scared in future. Or we should ban such apps. Please help.

    This is PVV Bhaskar Rao Some unknown person had hacked my Swiggy account and he updated his mobile no. In my swiggy account by deleting my no. Now I am unable to login in swiggy account The updated mobile no. is ‪(+[protected]‬). And they have ordered items from my swiggy account and done the payment from my LAZY pay account. They took amount of 9981/- from my LAZY pay account and ordered the items without my notice. This is the mobile no. Who's is receiving the orders ([protected]). Please Look into my issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

          Food delivery, not effected. Money taken. No refund.

          Address: Cochin. Vytilla .

          Please see the attached bill for food ordered through Swiggy, today at 1.15pm.
          When ordering, the information was the food would be delivered at 2.00 pm.
          It reached at 3.00 PM.
          The delivery person picked up a call at 2.20 and cut the call.
          When he called at 3.00 pm, I canceled the order and asked him to take it back.
          The distance from Vytill to my house is 4 km.
          It would take a maximum 10 minutes...

          I had joined swiggy 2019, due to an accident my hand was injured and I was in bed rest with respect to covid19 lockdown, I couldn't participate or engage with swiggy delivery partner app and after four year (present date) as my health condition is good and I am capable of continuing the job, my account ID 1086882 has not been activated and I am not able to connect with any of the customer care representatives. Kindly do provide

              Hi,
              I ordered food from KFC along with a Pepsi through Swiggy in which Pepsi is not delivered. After complaining in Swiggy then informed that they can only give Rs. 20 as refund for the item cost Rs.60 (including tax).

                I ordered on swiggy Nov 21st. Paid 369rs in swiggy during order. While delivery, the delivery partner said, the amount is not credited, so asked COD and said the first debited amount will be refunded. Also had chat coversation, 'chat support' with swiggy and they said, amount will be refunded within 4-7 days. But the amount is not refunded yet. I contacted swiggy email support on Nov26th regarding the same, they said someone will contact within 48hrs but no one did. I wrote an email again after 2 days, no response. Wrote another email complaining about no proper response from support, someone replied asking about order details. I provided all the details and waited for 2 days. Followed up with an email, no response.
                I request a refund with fine as they did not refund within the said time period and the way the customer support service is.

                          I made order on swiggy, order reference number ORDER #[protected], one item khaman dhokla worth rs.140 is stale and rotten. I tried to complain using swiggy app only, but the solution they provided is not satisfactory. The item was worth rs.140 and they are refunding me rs.31 token appolgy. I want either replacement or my full refund.
                          Kindly, look into the matter and take corrective action.

                            On 12th Nov 2023 I had made an order on Swiggy.

                            Order ID - [protected]

                            Due to unknown reason, the order was marked as delivered on app but I didn't receive the order at all.

                            I have reached out to Swiggy support team through the app and mail for refund, but they have not resolved it, in fact they have just taken this as feedback for themselves. This is very pathetic and unacceptable action from the team.

                            Also to mention I have Swiggy One membership, yet this is the case.

                            Hope this complaint will urge the support team to remediate their mistake and also bring awareness to fellow Swiggy users!
                            Swiggy team has not yet responded to this request. Looks like this is being ignored intentionally by them!

                                With reference to order id [protected] i would like to mention that i have order the pastries for celebration of anniversary... But it ruins our celebration... It is such of poor or rotten pastries which no one ate.. It looks like that it is mor then 10days old...

                                The food I received was severely stale and inedible. This experience has resulted in a significant financial loss for me, considering I purchased it from one of your partner restaurants. Therefore, I kindly request a full refund for the amount I spent on this purchase. I would appreciate it if the refund could be processed today without fail.

                                  [protected] i ordered long garin dawat basmati rice and i got mini rice this is also called broken rice which is not a basmati rice at all
