I placed an order with swiggy order #[protected], after some time I got call from your agent Priyanka, saying the order will be delayed, I asked her to cancel the order, she put me on hold to cancel it, so meanwhile I got food someplace else, now this girl removed the hold and informed me that I will have to face penalty, now that I already placed another order. Then she lied and informed me about it before the hold, I confronted her and asked her to connect me to a supervisor, she put me on hold for about 15 minutes and then disconnected the call. So I called again, and this new girl promised me a callback, I received three callbacks from Swiggy that bare lying rung, the missed calls were so short, they didn’t even ring for a nano second. So I called again, your agent told me she is connecting my call to the sup and disconnected it (I have it on screen recording) so I called again, now your agent said she is transferring my call and after 1 hour 30 minutes being on hold I disconnected the call. I called again and they put me on hold again, I asked this new agent Yasmine to arrange a callback for me, to that she denied. Then I called and they disconnected my call again.
