Hi i had placed an order from swiggy on 04 th May vide order number #[protected]

The order was wrongly placed and i cancelled within 2 minutes. However i was charges the entire amount of 527 as cancellation fees

I escalated the matter to their support desk, who stated that as per their policy they penalize the whole amount of cancellation to compensate for the food wastage and the rider charges

when i cancelled the order within 2 minutes where was the food made for wastage compensation and when was the rider assigned for the delivery

This is simply swiggy putting a penalty on customer and taking away their money without any justification or manual

No swiggy manual states that cancellation within 2 minutes shall attract the total amount as penalty

    I've ordered Pedestal Fan(Havells) and I received Defective Product and I've raised concern yesterday itself(As soon as I received Order) and uploaded Video of Defective Product as a Proof and by that time support team said it was eligible for refund/Exchange and they said me to wait 6h after 10h also I didn't get any update on my issue and again i contacted them via chat support in insta mart now we are hearing that From instamart support mail

      I ordered a Tomato Pizza via Swiggy, but received a cold, messy pizza with a piece of capsicum inside. The box was also partially damaged and the pizza was upside down.

      This is a clear case of wrong item delivered and careless handling. I uploaded a photo through Swiggy’s app and even tweeted tagging @SwiggyCares, but there has been no response or refund.

      As a customer, I expect the item I paid for — not a poorly handled, incorrect item.
      I request a full refund and a clear resolution from Swiggy. If not resolved, I’ll escalate this further legally and through food safety channels.

        Subject: Non-issuance of Promised ₹150 Coupon by Swiggy Despite Repeated Follow-ups

        Complaint:

        I am writing to file a complaint against Swiggy for failing to issue a ₹150 coupon that was promised to me. It has been over 10–12 days, and despite multiple follow-ups with their customer support, the issue remains unresolved.

        Every time I reach out to them, I am told that there was a “technical issue” and to wait another 24–48 hours. However, this cycle has repeated several times without any actual resolution. I have screenshots of the conversation where the coupon was promised and where their support repeatedly assures me that it will be resolved “soon.”

        This behavior is not only unprofessional but also deceptive. I feel cheated and frustrated as a loyal customer.

        Resolution Sought: I request Swiggy to:

        Immediately issue the promised ₹150 coupon.

        Provide an explanation for the delay and mishandling of the complaint.

        Ensure better customer service so such issues are not repeated.

          I ordered food using Swiggy app order id [protected]. This item was showing for bolt delivery hence I ordered it because i am hungry. They literally delivered after 45 minutes the food was not hot obviously not eatable because that was Rolls it has no taste after gets cold.thats why it was gone in dustbin. I chat with their bot and also after multiple times of try connected their support on chat. Asked them that order not even ready yet, they said after confirmation that restaurant not prepared order yet, but before that i already confirmed with the restaurant that order was already ready within 10 i asked them for a proof so they said they have CCTV their so i can get it. Even restaurant already mentioned that the updated the status Swiggy not showing to their customers that was restaurants faults. After that Swiggy support team accepted their mistake and apologised me.
          Request direct customer care support and fine them for false commitment and misleading advertising of bolt delivery and biggest one reason to wastage of food. ( i am from the farmers family i know the values of food )

            I placed a waffle of amount of 196 rupees from Xo belgium waffle. I accidently cancelled the order after around 4 mins . But I immediately called the customer care excutive to replace the same order but they told they could nt do anything .I made the payment through upi so I asked them to refund me the money for that also they told they couldn't do anything.So.at the end I lost my food and my money.
            I want to complaisn onnthis either they need to give my money back or my food

              I am running a cloud kitchen name with anand shekhawati foods restaurent id 1048033
              last week payout from date 16 march to 22 march and payout recieved date is 26 march. Sewiggy deducted extra amount 2224.72 rs for order dispute but not giving any valid proof.

              I escalate issue with swiggy restaurent partner team on[protected] but still no reply ffrom there end and I conected with swiggy appointed manage neha bhanot (+91 [protected]) she took 2 days and replied that apke end se koi activity hui hogi and they have not other reply and sshe is not picking up my call please heelp me.
              They are not giving my money back and still they are dabiting amount from my current payout.

                Hi, this is Shravan.

                I had ordered food on Swiggy, but it was not delivered. I tried calling the delivery person, but he did not answer. I then reached out to Swiggy’s support team for help, but they are not responding. The amount has been debited from my account, but I have not received my order. Despite sending multiple emails to the Swiggy team, I have not received any response.

                  I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Swiggy regarding their unprofessional handling of my issue. My order (Order ID: [protected]) from Burger Bites through Swiggy was incomplete, as the regular mayo dip I paid for was missing.

                  Upon realizing the issue, I contacted Swiggy’s support team. Instead of resolving it immediately, they asked me to email them, causing unnecessary delays. After multiple follow-ups and escalations, they refunded only ₹12, which was inadequate given the inconvenience caused. However, my concern is no longer just about the missing item but about Swiggy’s complete disregard for customer service.

                  Despite my repeated attempts to communicate with them via email, Swiggy has chosen to ignore my messages, demonstrating a clear lack of accountability. Their failure to properly address my complaint and refusal to engage in further communication violates basic consumer rights.

                  My Grievances:
                  Failure to deliver the complete order – I paid for an item that was never provided.
                  Inadequate resolution – ₹12 was refunded, which does not compensate for the issue or inconvenience.
                  Lack of response – After the refund, Swiggy has ignored all further emails, leaving the matter unresolved.
                  Poor customer service – No proper escalation mechanism or accountability in handling customer complaints.
                  Requested Resolution:
                  A formal acknowledgment of Swiggy’s service failure and corrective action.
                  A fair and reasonable compensation for the inconvenience caused.
                  Assurance that Swiggy improves its complaint-handling process to avoid similar issues for other customers.
                  I kindly request the consumer forum to take necessary action against Swiggy for their negligence in addressing customer concerns. I am attaching relevant screenshots of my conversations with Swiggy’s support team and emails as proof.

                  I hope for a swift resolution to this issue.

                    Hello team
                    I had ordered food on Friday i.e. dated as 14th march, 2025 in the Swiggy. But one of the item - Chicken Kebab (5pcs) was missing in the delivery, when I had mailed to Swiggy, they responded back with the below information & they had closed my case:
                    "Thank you for writing to us, we'll share the feedback with the restaurant considering the responsibility of packing the items lies with them.

                    Unfortunately, we are unable to process any refund for this order; however, we suggest that you rate the restaurant on the app based on your experience to help them do better. "

                    Post this I couldn't either write a mail or connect through a phone call.

                    We request to give back the refund or redeliver our product back to us.

                      On 13th March 2025, I ordered 6 Black Forest, 1 Alpansho Mango family tub, 1 Oreo and Cream cup ice cream of Kwality Walls from Swiggy. Of which all the Black Forest Ice creams were expired. These were expired in Aug 2024, still they send delivered those Ice creams to me. Me and my 6 years old nephew had 1 ice cream each, after that we saw that. I have informed Swiggy about that, but they are not taking any action. I have mailed them as well to take a strong action on them and refund my money back of those 6 ice creams only. They replied to me that they will connect with me within 24 hours, but it's been 48 hours, still no reply from their side.

                      Stop using Swiggy and stop eating Kwality Walls, both are responsible for this. They don't care about customers. Really disappointed.

                        and order reaches me @ 7:23pm
                        the order was 1.27 hrs delay and when i raised my concern for the same to one of the executive, she cancelled my order without any knowledge of mine
                        now its showing an cancellatine fee of ₹293 on my account
                        so when i haven't cancelled my order of my own, why i am liable to pay the charge
                        when i try to contact at thier customer support, they didn't help me

                          I ordered from Swiggy (Order ID: #[protected]) and paid for Biryani Jumbo Pack & Veg Manchuria (Half). However, Veg Manchuria was missing from my order!

                          I immediately contacted Swiggy support, but instead of resolving the issue, they just asked me to leave a review for the restaurant and refused to refund my money for the missing item. This is completely unfair and unacceptable!

                          Why should customers pay for items they never received? I demand a refund or compensation immediately! 🚨

                            On Feb25, 2025 I ordered a few items on Swiggy Instamart. One of them is Garnier Color Naturals Creme Hair color shade 3 darkest brown box. Since I didn't need it for immediate use and ordered it only to get the "free" home delivery, I left it unopened. When I opened the box last week, I found that one of the contents was missing. The box usually has a tube of colourant, a bottle of developer, 2 sachets of conditioner and a pair of gloves. But the box i purchased had the developer bottle missing. I complained it to Swiggy through email last week. But till now there has been no response and not even an acknowledgement email from Swiggy. I am ready to return the product and want a refund of my money.

                                I am extremely disappointed with the pathetic service I have received for my recent Swiggy Instamart order (Order ID: [protected]). I received completely incorrect items, and despite raising a complaint via the in-app help center, I was asked to wait 6 hours with no immediate resolution.

                                The delivery agent then called, claiming he would pick up the wrong order. When I asked for my actual order, he had no clue about it. Instead, he took me to the Instamart store, where I wasted another 30 minutes in pointless discussions, only to return home empty-handed.

                                This is beyond unacceptable. I have wasted my time, energy, and effort due to Swiggy’s lack of coordination and terrible service. Since you have failed to deliver what I paid for, I demand:

                                1. Immediate refund for my order.

                                2. Compensation/concession for the time and frustration caused by your service.

                                  Subject: Partial Refund for Undelivered Item on Swiggy.

                                  I placed an order on Swiggy (Order ID: [protected]) on[protected] from Boss Chicken restaurant. The total bill was ₹335, which I paid in advance.

                                  The order included:
                                  Chicken Dum Biryani (₹160) – Delivered
                                  Chicken Chilli (₹200) – Not delivered (Out of stock)

                                  Since Chicken Chilli was out of stock, Swiggy only delivered the biryani. When I requested a refund for the undelivered item, they refunded only ₹67 instead of ₹200.

                                  I contacted Swiggy’s support multiple times, but they refused to provide a valid explanation and insisted that ₹67 is the final refund amount. This is unfair and violates consumer rights, as I paid for an item that was never delivered.

                                  I request the authorities to take action and ensure that Swiggy provides a full refund of ₹200 for the undelivered item.

                                    I am filing this complaint against Swiggy for failing to comply with my food preparation instructions, violating my religious beliefs, and denying a refund despite repeated requests.

                                    On 16th February 2025, I placed the following orders through Swiggy:

                                    Order ID #[protected] – From Prince Restaurant (Bhaji Pav and Manchurian)
                                    Order ID #[protected] – From Manekchowk Sandwich & Pizza (Sandwiches)

                                    In both orders, I clearly specified in the instructions that the food must be prepared Swaminarayan (without onion and garlic). Additionally, I called the restaurant personally to confirm that my request was followed.

                                    Despite this, both restaurants ignored my instructions and prepared the food with onion and garlic, making it inedible as per my religious beliefs.

                                    When I contacted Swiggy for a resolution, they responded saying they would “share feedback with the restaurant” but refused to process any refund, despite this being a serious case of negligence and religious insensitivity.

                                    My Complaints:

                                    - Failure to ensure customer instructions are followed: Swiggy facilitated this order and bears responsibility for ensuring restaurants comply with customer requests.

                                    - Violation of religious sentiments: This is not a minor issue—it is about religious compliance, which was blatantly disregarded.

                                    - Financial loss & wastage of food: I had guests at my place, and due to this mistake, I had to urgently place another order. My food was wasted, and my money was lost.

                                    - Negligence & lack of resolution from Swiggy: Their support team simply deflected responsibility onto the restaurants without offering any real solution.

                                    I Seek the Following Resolutions:

                                    A full refund for both orders.

                                    An apology from Swiggy for the failure to respect religious values.

                                    Strict action against the restaurants for failing to follow special instructions.

                                    A guarantee from Swiggy that such incidents will not occur in the future.

                                    I have attached all relevant proof, including order details and Swiggy’s email response, for your reference.

                                      I am writing to report an issue with my recent order (Order ID: [protected]). Upon receiving the delivery, I noticed that certain items were missing. Specifically, the following item were not included in the package:

                                      It should have 4 Lay’s Magic masala chips i received only 3.

                                      Total chips should have been 6 but I received only 5,

                                      Despite several attempts to resolve the matter, the issue remains unresolved.

                                      Tried contacting swiggy multiple times but they are not resolving the issue. If they have taken the money they should be delivering the product as well but they didn’t.

                                        I ordered food through the Swiggy app from KFC, and my order ID is [protected]. The order included the following items:
                                        • Double Down Burger
                                        • Paneer Zinger Burger (missing item)
                                        • Regular Chicken Popcorn
                                        • Classic Zinger Box
                                        • 3 Tandoori Flavor Dips

                                        However, when the order was delivered, the Paneer Zinger Burger was missing. I noticed this issue while eating and immediately raised a complaint through the Swiggy app. Despite the complaint, Swiggy has not processed any refund for the missing item.
                                        I am seeking a refund for the missing Paneer Zinger Burger and expect this issue to be resolved as quickly as possible.
