I’m a student studying in pune, 2 days back I ordered around 10 pm and after 40-45mins my food came. There were 2 delivery agents on a activa idk which one was from swiggy. One came to give me my package and i was paying in cash soo i gave him 500rp and asked for change which was 180 I didn’t had any online payment and all the shops were closed near my area soo i couldn’t ask them for a change as biker did not had any money on him as he said. Idk why i just trusted him when he said he will gpay me 180rps in half an hour as he just started deliveries and the next amt he receive online he will pay me 180rps online. He gave me his phone number. Which I’m calling from last 2. Days and he is not picking. In the end it’s my fault and i just want swiggy to look into this and stop this from happening with somebody else

    My swiggy accoount got deactivate without any reason. Im being a swiggy one members once who used to place a huge number of swiggy orders. But one day swiggy deactivate my accoount without being giving a reason or warning. This is not fare, now i cant use my swiggy with my original number. I dont carry bundle of sims i have only one number and that too of no use. Very pathetic and very sad moment for us now. Im not able to order food regularly. Swiggy they have too much loop holes theyre escalate team also not provided the reason why accoount got deactivate. I want to raise consumer complaint and take serious action against them. Please swiggy team give warning before deactivate if you do this agin i have shutdown your services and move to eatclub, eatsure or zomato. Improve your service and activate my accoount [protected]

        I have recently placed an order and when I recieved it was totally spoiled and spilled in plastic bag the whole food got wasted and I was not even able to make a bite
        When I made a complaint the swiggy automatically closes the conversation and no one is listening

          My product got delayed by nearly 2 hours.
          The estimated time was 30 mins.
          I had to cancel my order.
          In fact the delivery agent was unreachable.
          I had to go under a lot of problems and stress.

            I ordered frozen fish from Swiggy instamart, and received a smelly and rotten fish on 19th Aug with a manufacturing date of 17th Aug.
            I reached out to swiggy support and was also ready to return the original product to them for a refund, but they said they can only arrange a replacement. How can I trust them for a fresh meat delivery, when the same thing has happened with me on multiple occasions. At last I was forced to accept a replacement order for a stale fish received.

              The product is damaged and milk is leaking.
              The oil is of 2021 which is very old. The cap is missing and the bottle is not in its original packaging it is bend from one side. The product was dirty as it was not properly packed and not handled well even delivery person told me that the product has fallen twice and once infront of me because of very very poor packaging and handling so for what swiggy is taking handling fee.

              I don't expect this from swiggy.
              Very disappointed from this and I do expect a compensation for the inconvenience.
              Please look into this and get back to me as soon as possible.
              Sorry is not enough for this situation.
              I am giving money to get better and good condition product not this kind of things.

                I am totally disappointed of your service

                  This is regarding order number #[protected], August 11, 2023

                  I made the payment online for this order before delivery.
                  I was not around when it got delivered.

                  My mother who is a senior citizen received the order, and the executive CHANDANDOOTH SINGH took Rs. 320 in cash from my her (this was the whole amount, minus the offer/discount deduction, the amount that was paid via g-pay).

                  NOW, ALL I GET FROM SWIGGY IS AUTOMATED REPLIES. HILARIOUS PART IS THEY SAY ISSUE RESOLVED, WHEN WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR THE STOLEN MONEY (Rs. 320) TO STILL BE REFUNDED.

                  NOW I UNDERSTAND WHY THIS COMPANY IS CALLED FRAUD BY MANY OTHERS TOO.

                  If they NEEDED that money SO BADLY, we could have given it to them, thinking it is charity for a needy, failing company. BUT THIS IS NOT DONE. CLEARLY!

                    Pls note that regarding above order no. I have been following up with Swiggy since last two days, but nothing has happened, and I feel harassed.
                    I had booked for a parcel on 12th Aug, which the delivery partner picked, however, he never delivered to my place. I had ordered the same for kids coming at home, and the whole mood and spirit was spoiled due to non-delivery. I want a compensation, which Rs 1000 has been promised to me against my actual cost of Rs 1250/- However, I have not received it yet.
                    When I ask ur customer care people to call me, so that I can explain the whole story, they are ready to chat only. I am enclosing various screenshots taken by me so as to establish the fact. Now this is SIXTH time I am narrating the whole episode, ever since 12th of August, but nothing has changed or done. Can I expect an immediate action on it??????

                        I placed an order with swiggy order #[protected], after some time I got call from your agent Priyanka, saying the order will be delayed, I asked her to cancel the order, she put me on hold to cancel it, so meanwhile I got food someplace else, now this girl removed the hold and informed me that I will have to face penalty, now that I already placed another order. Then she lied and informed me about it before the hold, I confronted her and asked her to connect me to a supervisor, she put me on hold for about 15 minutes and then disconnected the call. So I called again, and this new girl promised me a callback, I received three callbacks from Swiggy that bare lying rung, the missed calls were so short, they didn’t even ring for a nano second. So I called again, your agent told me she is connecting my call to the sup and disconnected it (I have it on screen recording) so I called again, now your agent said she is transferring my call and after 1 hour 30 minutes being on hold I disconnected the call. I called again and they put me on hold again, I asked this new agent Yasmine to arrange a callback for me, to that she denied. Then I called and they disconnected my call again.

                          This is regarding order number with[protected]. I have ordered 4 krispers from KFC for which I received only 2 krispers. They didn't process refund for missing items. I tried connecting with the support over email and support chat but didn't get proper resolution for the same.

                            Order No:[protected] placed on 22 July 2023 in which I ordered 2 items but below mentioned item was missing:
                            Peri Peri chicken strips - 6 Pc

                            I immediately complained on app support wherein customer executive apologised and offered a coupon of Rs.72 only.

                            Since ordered item was of Rs299+taxes offering of Rs.72 was inappropriate and I raised my objection and flagged the response as not satisfactory.

                            I am writing daily mails on [protected]@swiggy.in but they are not replying

                            They are giving vague reason of account not validated. How come you deliver and accept payment if account was not validated. They even called on my registered mobile no but still they only have one line in email that "No Compensation Will be provided as account not validated"

                                No / Wrong amount in invoice

                                Swiggy has not sent me invoice for my orders rather it has given only order summary and for some orders even if have received invoices the total amount is much different from the amount I actually paid....

                                1. They just had one item available in stock which is okay, 2. They let me place the entire order of ₹440 and after the payment was done and order was placed, they said that all the delivery partners were busy and they can’t deliver my order at the moment. Shouldn’t they not let you place the order in the first place like blinkit and zepto, if you can’t deliver it due to no delivery partners available. 3. It took more than an hour of continuous calling and customer support chatting that I received my order and when the delivery partner handed me the order, the packet was opened already, and asked me to check if anything’s missing. Gladly, nothing was missing, but overall this entire experience was next to pathetic as I had ordered for someone else and they had to wait for an hour to get the order and even the delivery partner reached the wrong location and later coordinated for the right one which took another 15-20 minutes. Gosh, how is it even called instamart?
