I have ordered on Swiggy with an Order ID : #[protected]
It has 1+1 offer applied and while checkout the cart value has changed suddenly and in that moment I have placed the order. I have placed the same order with twice the amount due to last minute sudden changes. I proceeded after confirming the order value and taxes but later it got changed at last step.
I have added lazypay which is instant payment app. Due to sudden change in price and its not clearly mentioned before, once I click on pay it shows the change in the price which is clearly malpractice as per me.
I got tricked by this and feel violated by this. I need help from you as the refund was denied even though I reached out to to them after few seconds of the order placement.
I feel they are not clearly showing the price changes and tricking the movement in the instant delivery process. Many are falling victims for these tactics. Was this information helpful? |
