Cancellation charges illegal cahrges

With order number [protected] ordered on 6th july 2025 at 9.16 am this order got automatically placed when i changed the payment mode from card to cash on delivery. this is also to my surprise and i immediately look for cancel option but so many ads on this platform could find which was earlier available of free cancellation within a minute. then i immediately went to chat option and messaged them to cancel order within less than 30 seconds...

Missing item from cafe prime time order via swiggy

I ordered 3 cold coffees and 2 French fries from Café Prime using the Swiggy app on [insert date].
However, I received only 2 cold coffees. When I informed the delivery executive and raised the issue, they said it's not possible to deliver the remaining item.

Instead of a refund, I was given a coupon valid only for 7 days. I did not receive the product I paid for, nor was I refunded.

I raised a complaint via Swiggy app @ 11.29 pm; within 8 minutes of receiving the order. 2 hours late for delivery from 4.3 kms

I have ordered food from Thalassery Restaurant on[protected] at 8.34pm which was just 4.3 kms. Even on 10.27pm the item has not been delivered.

Almost 2 hrs... The swiggy service is becoming pathetic...

As I have made the upfront payment, If I cancel swiggy will not be paying me the refund also.

No one to file against such horrible support......

As it was the main thing in the order and not just 10-20 rupees to just leave as it is . This is very disgusting on swiggy side as when i contact burger king on the issue they say you have to contact swiggy because order is through swiggy, and when swiggy is contacted you give such useless responses. Order not delivered and no response from delivery

I've been a regular customer for swiggy since many years. I placed an order today, but it has been over 2.5 hours and I have still not received it. The restaurant is located less than 1 km away, yet there has been no progress or resolution.
