Swiggy — cancellation charges

I ordered food from swiggy and after like 15-20 minutes i receive a callback from the restaurant that the item which i ordered is not available and i need to cancel the order. So i went ahead, contacted swiggy and canceled the order. A day later, i ordered the same item from the same restaurant and the exactly the same thing happened but this time i shared my feedback with swiggy that the restaurant must mark the item as "out of stock" if the same is not available rather than calling the customers after placing the order that the item which you have ordered is not available. After my order was canceled, i placed an order from a different restaurant but forgot to apply the coupon code which was supposed to give me a cashback of 15%. I contacted swiggy and requested them to apply the coupon so that i receive the cashback but they said that the coupon cannot be applied after placing the order. So if this was the condition, i told them to cancel my order so that i can replace it after applying the coupon and they stated that i will be liable for a rs. 75 cancellation charges for canceling the order. This was ridiculous! When they canceled my order twice, i was not given any compensation/discount coupon for the inconvenience and when i canceled my order, for the very first time in my entire history of ordering food from swiggy, i had to pay a cancellation fee of rs. 75 and this cancellation fee is not basis the amount which you pay. It's rs. 75 for every cancellation, even if your order is of rs. 100 or rs. 1000. So, dear swiggy, hire someone who can make genuine policies for you and not something which is not customer oriented at all.
