Swiggy — Cancellation charges illegal cahrges

With order number [protected] ordered on 6th july 2025 at 9.16 am this order got automatically placed when i changed the payment mode from card to cash on delivery. this is also to my surprise and i immediately look for cancel option but so many ads on this platform could find which was earlier available of free cancellation within a minute. then i immediately went to chat option and messaged them to cancel order within less than 30 seconds then there bot came and live support came and told them how the order got automatically placed on changing the payment mode, they also donot know and finally cancelled from their end at 9.22 am, which is again not my fault for this delay. Now they have imposed a cancellation fee of rs 213 same as food order value. I mailed to them and they said the restaurant already preparing food and to prevent wastage they take full amount as cancellation charges.
on 6th july i called up the restaurant for the issue and they informed that no food is wastage and nothing was prepared and this is also completely insane the restaurant start preparing the order within 30 seconds and if cancelled all order get wasted.
this is tactics by Swiggy and by this tactics they take money from the customer and donot even pass the amount to the restaurant they keep all the amount in their pocket. Furthermore, i even raised the issue on X and their they acknowledged the issue and took it as feedback but never replied back for the cancellation fees. then i emailed to [protected]@swiggy.in ref no. 442848 and they came up with same old story that within 1 seconds the restaurant started preparing and all order got wasted and cannot wave the cancellation fees.
I told them in no way i am paying this illegal charges as i have the proof how the order got automatically placed and even the voice recorder with the restaurant. i use to order from the same restaurant very frequently.
Now i came here to register a case to inform this swiggy to stop playing with people hard earned money and im ordering from 2019 from this platform, this is not the first time and i donot intend for any foul play, if there is issue i will point out, if it is my fault i accept but here it not my faultyour whole approach by swiggy has became a fraud.
Next is upto u to file a legal complaint and meanwhile i will also do the same i[censored] don't waive out fees. we will meet in court if required
