I have ordered 2 cakes of 1kg each by Cruffin Premium Ashok vihar. Item was a Chocolate Vanilla cake. I have made online payment with may credit card ended with xxxxxxxxxxxx7792
Delivery partner called me & said item is out of stock he was able to send only one out of 2 cakes. I have denied to take the delivery when the delivery partner was at Bakery. But again They have sent 1 cake in one delivery, & other part of delivery was showing mei under preperation. Then Delivery partner asked me to cancel the order by by end. I have refused to do so, I have suggested him to call customer care or shopkeeper. He was at my doorstep of Office. I have ordered the cakes for the celebration with my team, So I cant accept that half quantity.
after 30-5 mins I got Text msg about refund amount 847rs against the out of stock cake. Then I have checked Swiggy account, it shows, cancellation charges of Rs. 582/- reason was not accepting Delivery partner calls.
What is the [censored] you guys are doing ?
I called customer care 2 times, & they simply said that this is our policy, & cut the calls both times.
If the item was out of stock, why the Bakery accept the order ?
On first call I have clearly mentioned that I need the both cakes then why they sent only one and then charge me cancelation charges ? Was this information helpful? |
