Swiggy — Cancellation fees was charged fully as my total ordered value

I'm totally disappointed in my cancellation fees of my order. By mistakenly i was added a extra item that's why i cancelled the order there is no edit option in there interface that's why i cancelled my ordered. And I also reordered same restaurant that too they didn't consider also raised complain in the swiggy support but didn't response.

My total bill value is Rs. 518.00
