Swiggy — Cancellation fully charged

I placed an order with a bill total of ₹1411.00, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel the order shortly after placing it. I contacted customer support within one minute of placing the order, yet I was charged the full cancellation fee.

Given the promptness of my cancellation, I believe that charging the full amount is unfair. I kindly request a review of this situation and a refund of the cancellation charges.
