Order not delivered after ~2 hours of wait

I placed an order from Hotel Razzakiya via Swiggy on Saturday night, however the order wasn't delivered inspite of patiently waiting for 2 hours. I was promised a full refund and also Rs.200 as Swiggy money. However, the agent lied to me to calm me down and Swiggy hasn't lived up to the promise. They have made me chat with them multiple times frustrating the hell out of me. No one... absolutely no one in Swiggy customer serive team is competent...

Swiggy cpc promotion scam

I own a restaurant in the name of MARISCO SEAFOOD CARNIVAL and we have partnered with swiggy services bearing outlet ID 497510.

On 02/07/2022 I have activated a CPC Campaign to boost the visibility of my restaurant for a duration of 30 days till 31/07/2022 with total 1000 clicks.
Where they are supposed to deliver 33 clicks per day on average basis to attain 1000 clicks by end of the month.
But without our consent...

Delivery Partner Abuse

I have placed an order on 30th June 2022 at 11:18 am on Swiggy instamart for some grocery items. It was showing an estimated time of 40 to 45 mins for delivery, which was fine with me considering the weather condition. But the order started delaying to an unknown dimension of time. Swiggy One Subscription Refund

I took a SwiggyOne membership on 27th March 2022. I have been ordering regularly on Swiggy since then. However, 3+ weeks ago, my home address from where I have been ordering on Swiggy, has been removed from the serviceable area of Swiggy and I don't see any restaurants in the collection when my home address is selected.

Served Non-Veg Food at place of Vegetarian Order

I have ordered through Swiggy Order Number[protected], Order was 1 - Non-veg Tandoori Momo and 1 Veg - Steamed Momo.
Restaurant sent me Non-veg Momo steamed which i ate as i am a vegetarian and ordered veg one for myself, I have highlighted the case to Swiggy support but all they were offering were just apology, I already shared the photo's via swiggy chat support team.

I want to sue Restaurant as they hurt my sentiments...

Mobile is used in last 6 month

I am unable to login to swiggy application with my registered mobile number [protected]

Getting an error message as a mobile number has already been used in the last 6 months.

All my payment methods are registered with this number and I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling swiggy app and even I have performed factory data reset on my phone still the issue is same

Instamart delivery issue

I have ordered few groceries and scheduled at 2pm delivery. Delivery agent made a call and said order already delivered at 12 pm. Checked with family members and made a call to agent, he said he is coming. I didn't receive my order but marked as delivered. Bad quality meat from Swiggy Instamart

This is a query regarding an order from Instamart. I ordered "Nandu's classic goat curry cut" but the quality was very bad and there was a rancid smell. Unable to login (old phone number not working) or change mobile number

I have a new phone number and no longer have access to the old number (sim card died). Since Swiggy sends the OTP to my old registered number, it is just impossible to login.
