Food not received through food delivery app

I ordered pizza and few other food items through Swiggy (Dominoes). As mentioned on the app, it was supposed to be delivered in 25 mins. After waiting for 30 mins, I decided to check my order status and it was still "getting prepared". Upon calling swiggy...

I am booked a orde from swiggy thenI was cancel my order because mind was changed.
Order hase been allready cancel but amount not refunded. I am trying to contact swiggy customer support they are seying I am already refunded your amount in to you bank account.
But I am already checked my account there are not received any payment from swiggy.you can check the my bank statement in attachment.

    I ordered from subway - 2 veggie delight sandwiches, 2 veg cheese toasties, and one coke.

    1. The coke was missing from the order
    2. The customizations I requested for sandwiches was not serviced. I did not want onions in one and tomatoes in another but both sandwiches and onions and tomatoes, both
    3. The cheese toastie was stuck to the surface and was completely bad. Both the toasties were part of the same box. The heat from above damaged the lower toastie as well

    I raised a complaint immediately with all the images to swiggy support and swiggy food issues email IDs. In 12 hours, they gave me a refund of Rs.30. Even the missing coke was priced higher. After this I have been following up with them over email, chat but haven't received any response. They closed my ticket and have not opened it again. Its been more than 80 hours and I have not received a redressal

      I have ordered 3 litre coocking oil pouches (Safola Total) along with 1kg Atta and few chips packets. When order was delivered one item ( 1 litre coocking oil was missing). I told it to the delivery boy but he suggested to raise complaint. It was second instance when items were missing from my ordered.

            Hi Team,

            Kindly check my concern and take appropriate action on it. I ordered some food by krishna Dhaba and they accepted the order at 2:37 and they are still showing preparing the food at 3:15, i was in the conversation with the executiveh and i told them so many time that please deliver my order on time and he was telling me please wait for sometime, he texted me on help chat at 3:45 that restaurant is closed so we cannot deliver the order after took my more than an hour, , please take the action on swiggy because it happened many times with me.

              I have ordered an item from Sweet Aloo restaurant (Order id: [protected]) at 12.25 pm 1 Jan. After about 25 min I observed a delivery executive has been assigned and the tracking showed the executive reached the restaurant by 1pm. Later the tracking status showed the executive moving away from the restaurant and I didnt see any progress towards my delivery for a while. When I initiated a text conversation in the help section, they conveyed the executive had picked up the order while I see the executive is still far away from my restaurant. At 1.45pm I received a call from swiggy saying that due to some technical issue the order was not placed and they have initiated refund. When I asked them why was I informed the order was picked up, they said executive had entered it by mistake. Per my understanding they might have reassigned the executive to another delivery as my order may take some time. They might have planned to assign another executive by the time my order is ready but they didnt find and since the order is going beyond time they should have cancelled it by claiming the order is not placed. When I asked the swiggy executive to connect me to his higher official to complain she redirected my call to another channel where I just listened to 15 min of background music and then the call disconnected automatically which is very annoying. Out of this entire process I could see their negligence and over smart behavior. For this incident I would like to seek a compensation from swiggy for wasting my time and efforts. I had added screenshots of my conversation for your reference.

                    On 15th December, my swiggy account was hacked and someone used my lazypay linked account for INR 7, 676.00.
                    I have written multiple emails to Swiggy and Lazypay but no response and no resolution has been given. Currently, both my swiggy and lazypay accounts are blocked.
                    Hi Ms. Dimple. I have faced similar problem. I am going to fight this case. Pl let me know if you want to work on this together.

                          This order was placed on swiggy on 20.12.2023. the food was pathetic like anything. Pizza box was opened. Burger was in shabby condition. Repeatedly this thing is happening again and again on swiggy. If we ask for help, the customer care executive say forward this issue via email to concerned department. When we do the same they only have one answer rate the restaurant. Then what is the role of swiggy. This time I want my money back.

                            Hello,
                            Received 8 250ml Bottles which were already expired condition, instead of actually ordered 1 Litre 3 Bottles.
                            Many times open Swiggy Chat, Ms.Ridhi was providing the refund but all of a sudden senior executive refused to refund and ask me to drop an email. From email there is also no satisfsctory response. Now I need complaint to FSSAI that company serving expired items.

                              On 17.12.23 I ordered food through Swiggy, the delivery executive was an hour late and the food we received was so bad and stale. it was uncooked, and there was such a weird smell to it, we ended up throwing the food.
                              When spoke with customer care, they said they could not issue refund. When the quality of the food delivered was the worst and we couldnt even have it, why are we not eligible for refund? Also I have been on Swiggy since many years now and because of their pathetic customer care response, I have to take this step. This the 2nd time facing worst customer care issues from them without proper resolution even after emailing them

                                I gave order from Swiggy two plate Egg Biryani with Chicken Chaap Salad ( 2 plate). My order id -[protected] from Kolkata Haji Biryani House. The amount was 466/-. When I received the food i come to saw there was a HAIR inside the food. The food was for our guest. It really hamper our respect. Even we found egg shell on the Egg.

                                It is a matter of Hygiene and health issues.

                                  Have ordered buy 1 get 1 pizza from 'oven story pizza -standout toppings ' via SWIGGY.Order I'd is :[protected] for RS.603 Rs.
                                  When ordering, the information was the food would be delivered at 8.37 pm.
                                  It reached at 9.00 PM before delivering the product only delivery boy sent a order delivered message .
                                  When I opened a box I saw only 1 item and second item is missing (but 1 get 1) and box is so cold .
                                  When I called customer care they said 'sorry for the inconvenience we will give 115 rs coupon' i denied and customer executive not solved and asked them to transfer the call to his supervisor, in the mean time I got a dout on the order delivered hence I opened a pizza box and checked and found that 1 slice is missing I was waited for 30 mins to get connected to supervisor since call not connected and not recived any update from customer care executive .I disconnected and called again and one representative picked the call and I have given all info and sent all photos still he said he can give only 115 discount coupon .
                                  I am very disappointed with the service I lost money and lost item .

                                    Cafe did not accept the payment from swiggy dine out

                                    I recently went to local cafe connaught place Delhi. Upon the payment they refused to accept the payment from swiggy dine out and mentioned that they have to pay some commission to swiggy if they accept the payment from this mode.

                                    However I being as a customer is allowed to make payment from whichever source I want. If I would have make payment from swiggy dine out I could have saved 10, 000. Even I raised this to swiggy but...

                                    Last Sunday 10th Dec 2023 I have booked Genie to swnd few products to my brother in law that i bought from Abroad. Around 3.38PM rider Sabavath Akhil alias Lokesh has called me to pickup the package. I guided him. He came to my flat and took the parcel. However hw diidnt change the staus of the order as recived and on the way to drop. I immediately called him. He said he is about to do that. I waited for couole of minutes and he has not done it. I immediately went down to catch him but by then he left my kocation. I felt something is wrong and pishy.understood he theft the parcel. I connected with swiggy customer care immediately. I wa son chat with them till 9.20PM. But got no help. They asked 12 hrs time. After that also I got no help or resolution from them. Swiggy said i can raise a police complaint. I asked them to provide me rider details so that i can log police complaint. But swiggy denied. It's sad to know that they hired a criminal. Its been 2 days and til now they are unable to catch him and punish him legally. His phone is ringing. Sometimes its switchedoff. Though he answers the phone he disconnets the unknown calls. Once he answered but claims me to speak to swiggy. He is very confident that he will neither be caught nor punished. I understad that he must have done many thefts and will do more if we leave him. Sadthing is swiggy is not helping me nir provding me rider details. Yesterday evening ilogged a policecomplaint. They tried to help me but the only information we have is rider name and contact number. Without other details its tough for police to do the investigation. Police sked me for more detils like rider bike number and other details.as swiggy denied to provide those i am helpless. I am restkess, sleepless from 2 days. Going through lot of mental tension and physical pressure. Finally iam helpless. A fraudster nd a thief is roaming happily. This is how our system works. We are helping him to commit more crimes. I sincerely request you to catch this guy and punish him. This must be a lesson to other online apps that provide delivery services. Anyone who wants do such frauds should be scared in future. Or we should ban such apps. Please help.
