Swiggy — Cancelled my order without my confirmation and put 100% cancellation charges

I had placed an order in Swiggy with an estimated time of 25 mins. But order was not picked up even after 25 mins. When I contacted the delivery person, he said he has 2 orders and will deliver only after 20 mins more. So I asked the customer care to cancel the order. I didn't receive proper response for 20 mins. Meanwhile, the delivery person arrived to deliver the order. I told him to wait untill the problem is resolved. The customer care executive said there will 100% cancellation charges. I didn't confirm cancellation charges. Meanwhile, the delivery person left without informing me. No, i have not received my order as well my money is also gone. Swiggy is not accepting their mistake of cancelling the order without my confirmation when the matter was under discussion.I kindly request you to take necessary action on this and refund my money as there is no fault on my side.
