[Resolved]  Swiggy — Not giving my refund amount , not giving the resolution

I have been tired of sending too many emails to them; they are like foolish people . they are not solving any problem; they promised me to they will refund my amount but its been 3 days since they completed it, but till now they haven't.
I have proof.

I have tried to contact to support but they are all are not resolving any problem
