[Resolved]  Swiggy — Wrong order delivered and no proper response when reported from swiggy

I ordered food through Swiggy ( order ID: #[protected]) and was provided with a wrong order. When complained in the app, they just confirmed the order provided was wrong and did not provide me with any replacement or refund. If I contacted them through mail they are giving a standardized reply and I was not provided with refund. I have spend a lot of time on this issue and was cheated by this platform. So kindly look into this matter as soon as possible and provide with me a refund and apology from the firm.
