Swiggy — cod not available after cancellation of the order

I cancelled my order once on 10th september 2018 and cod as a payment option was made unavailable for me. When i sent them a mail asking them the reason for disabling the option they told me that the option can only be unlocked after 5 to 6 successful online transaction. This is completely arbitrary and violates section 2 nnn (B) of consumer protection act, 1986.

I also order one sandwich on 12 Aug 2019 on Cafe Coffey day but that do not have the sandwich so swiggy call me and told me to cancel the order because the food is not available so please cancel the order and reorder something else . so i cancel the order and when i try to reorder the COD (cash on delivery)option disable

### yeah. i ordered something with a coupon and after placing order they changed bill money. they asked to cancel order and reorder. now i can't use cod. worst customer service. swiggy

When i ordered food last time i cancelled it because i mistakenly gave the wrong item but when i reordered it.There was no COD option available.The Worst service ever made .even, Zomato is far more better than it. If this is not fixed then we wouldn't order in swiggy

Same thing happened with me and i couldn't see any cod option available now.I ordered something and then wanted to add something more so i had to cancel the order and then my cod option was disabled and i cant order anything now

Cod is not working in my phone..but others phone they have cod option..
