I ordered pizza from pizzahut on swiggy.
The chicken smelt spout and the pizza smelt rotten.
When i raised this issue immediately with them, they refused to give me a replacement or refund saying that they can only pass on the feedback to the restaurant.

What kind of service is this which doesn't action on a customer complaint?
How would a feedback help me?

I have order burger from burger sing and i have made a payment via net banking but delivery man is not want to reach my location he is calling me out

    I had placed an order on Monday, July 30th (Order #[protected]) with swiggy. Due to issues on their website the order had to be cancelled but the payment had already been made. They didnt have the decency to update me about their issue and I had been waiting for two hours for my order to come. I waited for an agent to appear online to chat but that took time and then I received a phone call and I was told the order will be cancelled and I will get my money (I paid Rs 411) in 7 days. It has been more than 7 days and I didnt get a refund. Their customer service is pathetic. They dont even bother to update you on your refund status which is a serious issue and their contact numbers and online chat is useless. I finally got to chat after waiting for hours and was told in the morning that I will get my refund by today. I still havent received it. I went to their website AGAIN and tried to get a customer rep online, waited for half an hour and then an agent asks me my issue. I explain thing all over again and they closed the chat saying that I seem to be away when I was waiting for a response all this time! Extremely irresponsible and callous attitude. I havent used this service since July 30th and will never use this website again. I would request all of the existing customers to order from them at your own risk. They are the absolute worst.

    I finally got a call from the escalation team and a lot of miscommunications were cleared. Thanks to Consumer Complaints. Funny, I had to come here to get a response and not Swiggy's website. I was given wrong info about the refund time. As per the phone conversation I had with the escalation team, they refund the amount within 24 hours but I was given wrong information about the same on the day when I first had a conversation with a Swiggy agent after the cancellation of my order. I was told that it would take 7 days. I checked with my bank last Friday and they told me to wait till Monday or Tuesday for the amount to get cleared. I dont know what was the hold up but it did get resolved. If the escalation team had called me up earlier or if the agents on chat and phone had relayed the correct info and given a prompt response then the frustration and irritation would have been less. I told the escalation agent about how their contact numbers were useless and I was told it was only for live orders. What about people with cancelled orders then? Will they have to wait to get a decent response? Anyway, the lady from the escalation team (Susmita Roy) who spoke to me was very polite and calm. She listened to my grievances and gave me all the answers I needed and sent me a mail ([email protected]) with the screenshot of the refund transaction.

    I am Uday a super saver members also and in my last cart made with Panjabi paratha house I was charged 30 rupees delivery charges may I know the reason why as I am a super saver no delivery charges should apply. I need detailed explanation on this and want my money back. App is also now a days working very slow.

      Extremely irresponsible behaviour by swiggy. Delivery time given was a maximum of 45 mins, but the order has not been delivered for more 100 mins. The delivery boy is not at all responding to calls. Not once has he picked up the call. Customer care is utterly useless. They know knothing except to place the call on hold for a minb which extends to 5 minutes and the call automatically disconnects. If you people cannot employ efficient people and provide quality services then you should not exhibit such misleading statements.

      Where is my foooood???

        I placed an order for food home delivery with swiggy from saffron restaurant, banaswadi on 8/8/2018 at around 9pm. The payment was already made. The food arrived and the package was completely spilled and not at all edible. So the delivery executive informed us that he would return the food back to the restaurant and provide a refund. So we agreed and waited for the refund. And then i get a message saying that my order has been delivered (Blatant lie from the executive on the refund and false delivery message). So the delivery executives are completely trained in swiggy to lie and cheat the customers. Then i go ahead and call their customer support guys (Which claims that wait time is under 2 mins). I get an executive after waiting for around 7 mins. When i request for a refund for my order which was never delivered to me in the first place, he tells me that i will be charged rs20/-. So if i understand correctly swiggy charges money to customers for absolutely no service at all. After hassling with the executive for 5 more mins, he agrees to initiate a refund. So i end up paying money for a call to request swiggy to refund the money for a service they never provided!!

        The time before that, an item worth rs200/- was missing from my order. I had to go through the same trouble to get my money back for a service swiggy failed to provide. And they refunded rs198/- at that time. So i definitely want to know why swiggy charges these small amounts of rs2/- every time to the customers without providing any service? This has happened multiple times with many of my previous orders!

          I placed order for special laddu - 4 nos 1/2 kg, mothi laddu - 4 nos. 1/2 kg and 1 no. 1/4 kg special laddu.in this 4 nos mothi laddu & 1 no 1/4 kg & 1 no 1/2 kg sweets are delivered correctly but 3 nos. 1/2 kg ordinary laddu was delivered (Not special laddu which i ordered). Unfortunately i didn't checked the package when it was delivered but later only i came to know this mistake in delivery. I didn't used the pack but kept in fridge. Is it possible to replace this wrongly delivered items.

            bad quality food and late delivery

            I placed order an order from shawrma wala in v3s mall using swiggy app. I placed order at 5pm today and order got confirmed by 5:02pm. I waited till 5:45 for the food to be delivered but when i checked app again it showed that delivery executive has not reached the restaurant. I called the customer support and they apointed a new delivery executive and assured me if in case i receive cold food they will arrange a replacement....

            I ordered mango shake on 4th aug 2018 from d restaurant CCD, HAUZ KHAS
            On the first time they delivered me the stuff different from what i ordered, when i complained the swiggy customer care over chat they told me have u taken the picture of the item, if not then they will neither refund nor will canceal the order .
            Then i called the customer care over phone they assured me about delivery of right items
            After an hr the delivery boy came with the STALE AND FOUL SMELLING FOOD ITEMS, he refused to return the items
            I had to call the swiggy customer care 2nd time, some lady picked up the call and she told me "WE HAVE ALREADY HELPED YOU ALOT, WE CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT (NO REFUNDS, NO CANCELATION ), U CAN COMPLAIN ABOUT IT ANYWHERE U WANT "
            I wasted more than 3 hrs and about 150 rupees in the whole process
            these swiggy guys are frauds, they have no value for customers time and money
            Their complicity in looting people's money is very evident .

              I ordered food from swiggy on 5th august 2018 and one item was missing in the order. So i tried calling but they kept the call on hold for 20 minutes and just hung up without even resolving it. Then i had a chat through the app where they told me about rs.50 compensation and they can do noting further about the remaining money. I even asked how can i contact to higher authority to help me with this but got nothing. I would really like to get my money back since it's wasn't my fault that something was missing in my order.

                I ordered 2 burgers on 05th Aug'18. After waiting for over an hour, got the delivery with a missing burger. When I asked the delivery executive, he advised to call customer care and issue will be resolved.
                To.my surprise, the customer care was so irresponsible, the first executive I talked to, refused to help me and put my call on hold.and went away. After calling n number of times, I was informed that since system doesn't allow them to do anything, they are constraint and maximum they can do is give me a swiggy coupon of 50/- (my missing item cost was 80/-), that too valid for 30 days and cannot be used at all joints.
                Isn't it cheating on behalf of swiggy, 1st their customer care execs are so irresponsible and the ones who want to help have their hands tied up.
                Really disappointed by the overall experience and feel like cheated.

                  Placed order no [protected] today despite being paid for it is not delivered to me all i got is a false sms stating ordered is delivered their services are third class and unreliable can't be trusted their delivery boy is rude illmannered and a lier even their customer service people couldn't do any thing about their unruly delivery boy no control on them so beware ordring thru swiggy that despite paying for it you only get a false sms your order delivered and have to sleep hungry like me.

                  This is not the first incident. I have ordered food several times through swiggy. Whenever I order from Domino's pizza, the order always arrives almost 50 minutes later and they never get my address. Today I ordered and the order was delivered 55minutes later.

                    I had ordered food from a restaurant about 2 kms from my house and followed up with the concerned boy, mithun pan on the delay. He started abusing me in the filthiest of language which i can't even mention. This is the first such experience for me. For swiggy to maintain it's goodwill, get rid of mithun pan immediately, he language was so poor that i felt terribly insulted.

                    Also would request swiggy that he is never assigned to my deliveries, if you have compulsion and cannot get rid oh mithun pan.

                      Hi,

                      I have ordered for an bowl of ice cream and I have received completely melted bowl of ice cream. As much as I am irritated for spending money on something that couldn't add value to me, I am equally disappointed with Swiggy's response to this complaint. I requested for a refund as I believe that is Swiggy's responsibility to ensure that they deliver the food in the correct carrying mode. Like McDonalds and KFCs they should have the thermal boxes that isolate the hot stuff from the colder ones. After all they charge us for the delivery, can they facilitate this much infrastructure to ensure that the food is kept in tact. Or stop taking these orders that doesn't fit their delivery system.

                      What's also really unacceptable is that Swiggy is not ready to compensate for the loss we've been through.
                      Kindly check my money was deducted but the order was not received and not received delivery boy my Phone this services is very bad kindly refund my money on Priority basics.Kindly help
                      I had ordered from swiggy, Pune to Aundh Maruti complex location.I had ordered gobi paratha with curd and paid for the same but in the delivery the curd sample is missing which costs rs20+.. I want a refund or next time when I order I will pay that much amount less.
                      Ordered from swiggys with order number [protected]-1, later they called they like there is no food, retstaurant is closed, i asked them for food, not for money, they disconencted my call,
                      no professional, will secalate it adding all ceos in the mail of zomato and swiggys
                      if this is not resloved

                        I recently placed an order with ketuz which is like 5 mins from where i stay but still by some miracle my order got delayed by more than 45 mins. I agree that it was raining a little but that in no way justifies the late in delivery by more than 45 mins. I ordered at 1.00 pm and got the delivery by 2.30 pm. I am utterly dissapointed in swiggy. I don't know what the hell the delivery person was doing for so long. I even called him a lot of time and he said he was somewhere near dunlop gate 2. Maybe he was delivering somewhere nearby but still that doesnot justify so much delay. I am very very dissapointed in swiggy.

                        On 30th July at 9 pm the cake delivered by swiggy was in poor condition. The cake was spilled and disfigured. I even called and chat with the Representative but they did not replaced the cake or compensate the same. Due to which it spoiled by mood. Either return the price of the cake or provide the new cake.

                          I am very discontent customer. First wrong order was delivered to my home. Than the delivery executive brings my order which is completely spoiled i. E all the curries are spoiled in the bag and everything is spoiled. When i tried to resolve this with swiggy they are replacing only half the items. Please address my complaint. It seems these people are not worried about customers. When i tried explaining these people never said sorry once for spoiling my family lunch. When i tried to get the same food. They were giving only curries. When i asked why not parathas they said u never said. I mean how can annyone not understand that the entire food was spoiled. Please someone needs to addres this issue. They didn’t empathise for a minute. When i requested to give parathas they this request cannot be prosessed and you order for that. How is one supposed to eat only dal and chicken curry without parathas. They simply refused and said u can cancel order incase u don’t want the curries. Not a single word of sorry or empathy. My small son of 3 yrs was kept hungry because these people behaviour. I m so unhappy. Someone please help and take strict action against these who caused so much agony to me and my family

                            I have ordered from swiggy plenty of times and atleast 2 out of 5 times the food item chosen is not present at the restaurant and they try giving me other options. When the food item is not present, why do you have it as an option on the menu?! This is a complete waste of time and money from the customer’s end.

                            To top it all, the customer care employees of swiggy lack basic communication skills and cannot get a proper message across.

                              Today i have ordered food (3 mushroom rice) from swiggy bearing order no. #[protected]..

                              Upon opening the packet, it was found the food provided was spoiled and damaged.

                              Have takenup the issue with swiggy cc team, where the revert from swiggy was unethical, as they said they will refund only 100 (Coupon) and balance amount cant return back.

                              Even have explained the quality of food that we have received and had even requested to replace the food, swiggy team was least bother about customer concern and said they can given only 100 and seems they are supporting hotel person / may have given the amount to hotel..

                              I need to takeup the issue with swiggy management and need the refund, as why should i pay to swiggy, when haven't enjoyed the service...

                                This has happened second time that i ordered vegetarian item and non veg being delivered hurting religious sentiments of me and my family as it is month of shraavan. We did not get any apology from the restaurant (K grill) as well. Swiggy also taking it very lightly and doing this mistake again and again. I want to take action against both k grill and swiggy.

                                  I ordered pizza through swiggy. When i ordered the pizza box, it was totally spilled. Cheese was on one side of the box and base on the other. I took a picture and posted on swiggy app help centre. My pizza costed me around rs 500. Since it was a total fault of swiggy’s delivery service. I asked them to refund the entire amount. They agreed that’s it’s their fault bug they said that they are only allowed to give 125 coupon. I was shocked. Such a big brand name and are not ready to take ownership for their fault. I said i want to escalate the matter and want to speak to some senior guy. They said i’ll get a call back in 15 mins. However no one called. This is most pathetic service i could have expected from swiggy. I should be compensated adequately for their fault.

                                    Yesterday i ordered food from shakti, ordered for a bhel and sandwich, had special instructions written in the order if you see

                                    Fyi also had a chat with customer executive right after ordering to make sure the instructions are conveyed to the restaurant.

                                    After receiving the order there were absolutely no changes, i had asked for no cheese and tomatoes, which was present in order.

                                    Do you think you can keep making money by fooling people this way? I spent 300 for this order and even after doing everything i still dint get what i want?

                                    Upon calling your customer executive for replacement, he says nothing can be done as system doesn't allow.

                                    This is heights of customer harassment, you please shall check my facebook and instagram profile, you think you can keep making money this way then i shall clear one thing, i will get this to public. Let people know to what extent your so called customer satisfaction is. I have screenshot of the chat i had, i also requested call from a senior he says he can not help and just apologise.

                                    Never recommending this to anyone else, infact shall promote that people use uber eats and zomato.

                                    Your motto shall be: customer satisfaction, you are making money because people like us order.

                                    One voice is enough, to screw your business specially when you have strong competition. The matter is not money, atleast we are humans, you people just harass customers.

                                      Hi, i had ordered 2 pizzas and garlic bread from domino's pizza, bangalore, (Fyi, the order number: [protected]), on 29th, 2018 at 22:08 hours, i have paid the sum of 308 rs. Via netbanking, the order was confirmed from the outlet.
                                      I waited for 45mins, then i called the outlet their response being careless. Then i had to call swiggy customer service, all they do is ask the restaurant in con-call and ask me to hold forever.. I literally had to come out of the meeting to hold the call.
                                      My order till today, 4th august, 2018 is still active and none (Domino's and swiggy) of the customer service is trying to act on it.
                                      I demand 100% refund + compensation from both swiggy and domino's end. Because both have shown carelessness towards resolving the problem. And the main objective of the swiggy was to "deliver food so that we can enjoy the good food at home" did not server its purpose, i had to roam at midnight in search of food.
