Yesterday i ordered food from shakti, ordered for a bhel and sandwich, had special instructions written in the order if you see
Fyi also had a chat with customer executive right after ordering to make sure the instructions are conveyed to the restaurant.
After receiving the order there were absolutely no changes, i had asked for no cheese and tomatoes, which was present in order.
Do you think you can keep making money by fooling people this way? I spent 300 for this order and even after doing everything i still dint get what i want?
Upon calling your customer executive for replacement, he says nothing can be done as system doesn't allow.
This is heights of customer harassment, you please shall check my facebook and instagram profile, you think you can keep making money this way then i shall clear one thing, i will get this to public. Let people know to what extent your so called customer satisfaction is. I have screenshot of the chat i had, i also requested call from a senior he says he can not help and just apologise.

Pathetic service, i never faced such problem with zomato, but swiggy is absolutely disgusting, in terms of food quality, customer satisfaction,

Never recommending this to anyone else, infact shall promote that people use uber eats and zomato.
Your motto shall be: customer satisfaction, you are making money because people like us order.
One voice is enough, to screw your business specially when you have strong competition. The matter is not money, atleast we are humans, you people just harass customers.
