Complaint:
I’m raising a final escalation against Swiggy for a completely unacceptable delivery experience and poor customer support handling.
On 12th April, I placed an order with Swiggy (Order ID: [protected]) in Hyderabad, where melted ice cream was delivered, making the item completely unusable and unfit for consumption.
I immediately reached out to Swiggy customer support, and what followed was an extremely frustrating experience. I was forced into over 1.5 hours of back-and-forth communication with their agent Manasa, who repeatedly refused to issue a refund or send a replacement. Instead of resolving the issue, she wasted my valuable time with no outcome.
As a professional mentor, I had to pause a training session for this, resulting in the loss of productive working hours for me and my trainees. Despite explaining this, Swiggy has refused to offer any compensation, which I find completely disrespectful and irresponsible.
This experience shows a lack of accountability, and I request the Consumer Forum to kindly take strict action against Swiggy and ensure they provide appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and the time wasted.
