Swiggy — Complaint Against Swiggy for Non-Refund of Cancelled Order

I am writing to formally file a complaint against Swiggy (Bundl Technologies Private Limited) for their failure to refund the amount for a canceled order, despite the issue being caused by their delivery partner’s lack of communication and failure to deliver the food.

The order was canceled by Swiggy, but the delivery agent neither contacted me nor was reachable when I tried calling. I was not informed of any valid reason for the cancellation, nor did I receive a refund for the amount I had already paid.

Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this with Swiggy’s customer service team, they have refused to refund my money, claiming they are unable to do so. This has caused me financial loss and significant mental distress.
