I am filing this complaint against Swiggy Instamart regarding non-delivery of a paid item and denial of a fair resolution.

On 17th August, I placed an order via Instamart. However, one product was missing from the delivered package:
Missing Product: 1 x MY ARMOR Premium Cotton Crepe Bandage - Roll Sports Wrist Wrap Straps, Elastic Compression (Pack of 2).
I immediately checked with the delivery agent, who confirmed after verifying the bags that the product was not included.
I raised a complaint with Instamart via email ([protected]@swiggy.in
), requesting a refund or replacement. However, I received a response stating that they would “notify the vendor” but would not issue any refund or replacement.
This response is unacceptable, as I paid for the product but did not receive it. As a consumer, I have the right to either a refund or replacement of the missing item under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Therefore, I request the Consumer Forum to kindly:
Direct Swiggy Instamart to refund the amount of the missing item or provide a replacement.
Take necessary action against such unfair trade practices to prevent recurrence.
I am attaching a copy of the order invoice, and gmail communication thread with Instamart support for your kind perusal.
