Subject: Complaint Regarding Damaged Product – Kari A Skin Rituals Rose Water
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the Kari A Skin Rituals Rose Water that I recently purchased from Swiggy Instamart. The product arrived in a damaged condition, and despite my attempts to resolve this issue with the company, they have refused to offer a replacement or refund.

Issue with the Product:
Upon receiving the product, I found that the spray nozzle of the Kari A Skin Rituals Rose Water is defective. Instead of delivering a fine mist as a spray, it squirts liquid, which is not how it is supposed to function or doesn’t not even squirt at all. This renders the product unusable.
I immediately contacted Swiggy Instamart’s customer support and provided clear evidence of the defective condition of the product (video of the product and the damage). Unfortunately, despite my repeated requests for either a replacement or refund, the company has refused to assist me with the issue and has failed to honor my consumer rights.
Resolution Sought:
As a consumer, I am entitled to receive products in a satisfactory condition, and I should not be expected to pay for defective or damaged goods. Therefore, I request that Swiggy Instamart immediately:
Provide a replacement of the damaged product, or
Issue a full refund for the defective Kari A Skin Rituals Rose Water.
I believe my request is fair and within my rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act. I am seeking a prompt resolution to this matter, as I do not wish to take further legal action.
Please acknowledge the receipt of this complaint and inform me of the next steps in resolving this issue. I hope Swiggy Instamart takes the necessary actions to prevent such occurrences in the future and honor its customer service obligations.
