Swiggy — complaint regarding delayed delivery and poor customer support swiggy

I ordered lunch from Adayar Ananda Bhavan through the Swiggy app. The estimated delivery time was 17 minutes, but my order was significantly delayed. When I contacted the delivery person, he mentioned that he was waiting for another order and advised me to seek help online.

However, Swiggy’s customer support was unhelpful and did not provide any assistance. After multiple delays, my food finally arrived almost an hour later, which was extremely disappointing. Such delays and poor service are unacceptable.

I request a formal response and appropriate action regarding this matter.
