Please see the attached bill for food ordered through Swiggy, today at 1.15pm.
When ordering, the information was the food would be delivered at 2.00 pm.
It reached at 3.00 PM.
The delivery person picked up a call at 2.20 and cut the call.
When he called at 3.00 pm, I canceled the order and asked him to take it back.
The distance from Vytill to my house is 4 km.
It would take a maximum 10 minutes...

I placed the order[protected] and the order #[protected] and the order was not deliverable on time and I contacted customer care and reported issue and the agent (01) tried to call the Delivery agent and the restaurant people was not responding to the call. I worked in Swiggy for more than a month but I didn't get my salary for the 1st month I joined and so I reached out to the local hub to discuss this issue as I was mentioned at the time of joining. I have made a order from swiggy on 23 Jul 2023, at 9:53 PM from Pizza Hut restaurant. As pizza hut is a known brand i had a confidence that the food quality will be appropriate and they will maintain it as well.

But my experience was shocking as I received uncooked BLAND food, which is totally opposite of what I have experienced during dine-in in the restaurant....

I ordered pickup-drop from swiggy genie, the parcel collected correctly, however, even after selecting correct drop address on app, app picked wrong location on map though in written address was also there, swiggy person went to wrong address and i had already paid money on portal, but due to wrong location drop, i had to again pay to swiggy person from wrong address to correct address so refund my money.

Sent a fruit basket and 2100 cash by swiggy geni, the delivery guy delivered the fruit basket but not the money, says the money fell somewhere. And swiggy is doing nothing about it, saying they don't insure the delivery, they only connect the delivery guy with the person who wants things delivered and hold no responsibility if anything goes wrong with the delivery....

SWIGGY IS INSANE!!

Since i'm a huge fan of Cheesy items, I happened to place the order around 12;00AM for Cheesy chicken popcorn and chocolate mouuse from easy bites EMPIRE
ETA was given 12/40AM, waiting for my dinner- i received my orderby 1 AM without chocolate mouuse-
And the item which i received was cheesy chicken popcorn, where i couldn't see a drop of cheese- since it was delivered...

Swiggy had suspended my swiggy account with any warning and any kind of reason
I did not made any false order
And the had suspended my account
There is some swiggy money left in the wallet and i can't use
When i try to ask what's the main reason
They didn't speak the single word about suspension
