[Resolved] Swiggy — complaint regarding delivery boy | |||
I had ordered pavbhaji this evening. I gave ₹ 500+100+50+30 and expected ₹200 back from him as the bill was of ₹380/-. He had no change so i took ₹500 note back and went inside house to bring ₹200/-. When i returned to him i gave that ₹200/- note. He again called me out and said that ₹100/- are less. I had no option so i agreed and went back into the house to bring ₹100/-. Till then mother was talking to him regarding the change rupees as she was expecting at least a note of ₹200/- as change. Till the time i return back and gave him ₹100/- and he denied to take the cash and asked for the parcel back. I requested him to take cash but he talked arrogantly and very rudely. I tried giving him money as well as the parcel but he didn't accept it and called his senior/sir.. Then they both were talking to me n mother in very disrespectful manner. Henceforth i won't be using swiggy app.. Just teach the delivery boys on what issue should they argue and for how much time!! Was this information helpful? | |||
