    I had ordered from city square cafeteria and ordered a plate shawarma with add ons which costed extra, but when i received the food i didn't get the add ons.
    So i immediately complained to the customer service, but they didn't give me a satisfactory reply and kept on replying with recorded messages and i could not get compensation. I am very disappointed in swiggy and the reply from the customer service was very bad i want compensation immediately

      I have ordered on swiggy on last Sunday 24-Nov-2019, and I got an order confirmation from swiggy. I was able to track my order on their app, it was cooked, packed, and pickup by delivery executive. In addition to that, I was able to track delivery executives on their map. After waiting for 35 minutes, I called the delivery executive and he replied that he had not picked up my order yet, and ask me to contact customer care, where I have canceled my order. However, it has been more than 7 days passed, including 6 working day, I have not received my refund yet. All in all I have paid amount to swiggy for nothing, and their customer care is unable to solve refund related issues. That is why they have no contact number or grievance department for customer resolution. On the contrary, those people who chat with you always try to consume your time, so you will disconnect chat. This whole shows swiggy is not reliable source for food delivery, and they might use customer money for their interanal purpose.
      I ordered 2 bada pavs from Goli vada pav and they came stale.
      They were stinking badly.
      I had to throw them away because I would have fallen sick if it was consumed.
      Kindly refund my amount .
      I had ordered food. The whole food packing was poor due to which the food spread then I called Swiggy customer service So they did not give me Refund and replacement Because of which my money also went and I could not even eat anything.
      Please provide option to delete any past order details.

        My name is arun kumar s. I am a real estate agent. I worked as a delivery partner in swiggy as a part timer at the m. G road area in ernakulam. During this period. Anupama s. R a young woman from panampally nagar area, worked as a delivery partner. Anupama s. R. Formerly a cabin crew at jet airways, bangalore and mangalore.
        April and may 2019 after 6 pm. Women are not allowed to work in swiggy. During this period. With doubt at night. I have seen anupama in swiggy uniforms in many places in kochi.
        Anupama uses a false mobile number and a pseudonym in the flat registry when making food delivery
        When i inquired about these. Anupama’s work with the knowledge of fleet manager prince varghese. To me who questioned this activity. You don't have to look for these, prince said
        The next day. Anupama and prince team up with three other accused in the criminal case. They beat me. He also tried to force himself into the vehicle.
        A woman took video on mobile phone from the scene. And notifies the police in real time. They saved me
        The police beat me because of their influence at kadavantra police station. He threatened to remand me in a false case, saying he had raped the girl
        Following this problem, i filed a case at kadavantra police station. The magistrate's court also filed a complaint in ernakulam.
        I filed a case with kadavantra police station on this issue. The magistrate court also filed a complaint in ernakulam. According to the court's order, police crime no. 1099/19, f. I. R. The case was taken accordingly. The police then arrested the accused anupama and two thirds.
        It has also complained to the human rights commission.
        Excise and d. R. I. Are also investigating. Swiggy uses the drug mafia
        And employment agency for many young people.in the same way that the company i worked for. It is my responsibility to inform swiggy of these things.
        I am a member of the human rights protection council that is fighting such measures. I am a person who takes this as a struggle. That's why i'm complaining

        I installed swiggy but due to some reasons I uninstalled it. Now if I want to reinstall, the app says mobile number already exists and couldn't proceed further. Please correct the app installation/uninstallation/reinstallation features

          This one unethical, unreliable and untrustworthy company hardly delivers on time and number of time they don't even delivers it despite being paid orders customer service is pathetic and can't expect anything there only waste of time they seems to have rookies working with them and there pricing is so unethical that they have different discount for different accounts more you order they make you pay more with reduced discount and inflated prices there super is waste of money

            I ordered 3 items last night order# [protected].

            1. Plain french fries
            2. Natural sitafal milk
            3. French chicken cheese omelette

            Delivery boy handed over just 2 items and not the 3rd one (I. E. French chicken cheese omelette). And when i asked him to connect with the restaurant he denied and requested me to log a complaint as "missing item".

            On top of that when i called, the representative offered me a 100 rupee voucher even though when the missing item worth 200 itself. When i requested representative to connect me to some supervisor or manager he simply denied which is more disappointing.

            Hence, the order which i placed was incomplete and the compensation which was offered was unsatisfactory.

            Request you take strict action and find the root cause and update me with the reality of all this mess as i am very much disheartened and disappointed with swiggy.
            I have ordered food from Swiggy from MealStory restaurant. There was cockroach in the Chole.

              We given order at 1.15 in swiggy for dominos pizza, swiggy order number [protected], and dominos order number was 743, payments was also done by card 1675 rupees, now there is no food and no money. Status showing food is delivered, from dominos no response now. And swiggy not giving proper answer. I want a serious action against this.

              We can’t forgive this matter easily. I will take serious action against matter. Anyhow. It’s a proper cheating from swiggy.
              I ordered Burger from Burger King, Rasulgarh in Bhubaneshwar through Swiggy along with fries and Pepsi 300ml Can, but the Pepsi Can was not delivered by delivery person and upon complaining to Service executive, no refund was offered. Further order details are there in image attached.
              I make my order through swiggy for cake i mention perfect address i done payment after i see this showing wrong address its swiggy mistake after i cancel my order then they charge 200 Rs cancellation charges but its swiggy mistake ... but they deduct charges

                I ordered food from the park restaurant, muzaffarpur from swiggy, and found the food no longer fresh and stale, then asked the swiggy executive to take it back, but they denied and was just copying an pasting the sentence 'sorry for the inconvenience, i'll pass the feedback'. What will then happen with the feedback? Will they stop serving stale food to people? What if i get food poisoning? I have a train to catch tomorrow, what if i get food poisoning? They should stop playing with people's health. And i've a full screenshot of the conversation with the executive.

                  I have a swiggy super subscription which is valid till 5th dec'19. On 28th nov swiggy added an additional amount in my order. I realized that the amount is higher than items i ordered for so contacted customer care. They said they have added the amount as my renewal charges for another 3 months. Without my permission and asking if i want to continue how can they renew my subscription a week prior to the expiry of my current subscription?? They refuse to give me the refund. By the way this charge is higher than the monthly charge for 3 months.

                  Got a call from the social media escalation team. Same old story...charges cannot be reversed and Swiggy cannot do anything about it. What is the point of running huge organizations if you want to cheat your customers by forced subscriptions?

                    I have ordered one pizza and 2 choco lava cake and 1 butter scotch mousse.

                    Pizza was uncooked, water flooded on the surface and i spent 1072 rupees on that # food and butter scotch mousse never delivered. I was a regular customer of swiggy now it seems like to show everybody what # swiggy is all about.

                    I tried customer call center, and then they cut my call and blocked my number and started pretending that we got rid off the guy.
                    How filthy is that, is this way to treat the customer. Their customer service is much nastiest than you ever can think of.

                    Actually saying unsatisfactory would be like saying good. It was simply disastrous, inconvenient, unprofessional and to some extent felt a little deceiving. This is outright insensitive and extremely poor management.

                    Don't go for swiggy ever and never advise anyone to go for swiggy. Swiggy is curse to everyone. You will just waste your money, time and irrational conversation leading you dammed nowhere.

                    I will keep giving feedback each & every day on every web link possible for swiggy until it has been shut down.

                    I am not going to uninstall swiggy. To know better to your enemy, you have to get through. Let's make swiggy to regret to become an entrepreneur.

                      With due respect i would like to complaint about the restaurant (Bachan"s dhaba) as i had ordered on 29 nov 2019, my order no is [protected] which was ordered around 20:30 hrs, but after waiting for about 1 hrs the order what i had given was not delivered to me rather it was insisted to me to take the wrong order as restaurant had not send the proper order to me. After that i had waited for another one hrs for the restaurant confirmation to give me
                      The correct order but restaurant had refused to deliver rather they told" jo bheja hai wahi lena parega". I had called repeated time to your customer care to deliver the food but no one responded. Your customer care said to take the same order, again i had re ordered the the same order at 10.30 hrs which was later on cancelled, after that i had no option to take the incomplete order after two and half hrs. I would just like to say this thing was not accepted form this reputed company"swiggy". If possible please take necessary action against the restaurant. As i was forced to take the incomplete order that was only two naan and chicken butter masala which we the 3 people had to share because of the restaurant fault. How come the customer will suffer because of the restaurant fault.

                        Dear team,

                        This is with regards to order id: [protected] placed in at subway t. Nagar
                        While placing the order i accidentally selected wrong address (In anna nagar)
                        Hence i initiated a chat support with your executive to request for the order to be delivered to west mambalam
                        The reason i was gives was that west mambalam is far from t. Nagar and hence they cant processes the request
                        Anyone who resides in chennai can tell that t. Nagar and west mambalam has a distance of less than 2 kms but anna nagar was 7+ kms away from t. Nagar

                        More over i have been given the disclaimer as cancellation charges will be upto 50% of amount plus my cash on delivery will be blocked till specified transactions. I can give you around 10 orders within last 3 months where the order is cancelled by swiggy, who will take responsibility for that.

                        We all work for customer-centric support which should not penalise customer for simple mistakes as its human nature to make one.

                          I am a regular customer of swiggy. On 23rd nov 19 i have ordered 2 mutton chap from shiraz golden restaurant, park street around 7.50pm. The order came after much late at 10.10pm and that too with wrong item. The delivery man bought 2 biriyanis instead of chap. I asked him to get the right order. He said that can not be done, you speak to customer care. I spoke with customer care and they asked me to cancel my order (Screenshot enclosed). They confirmed my order has been cancelled and i will get refund in 2 hours. On 24th nov 19, i find i have not got the refund and hence contacted customer care with all details. After a prolonged effort, customer care executive again assured me about refund in next 2 hours (Screenshot enclosed). On 25th nov 19, i again found that refund has not been given and hence i again contacted customer care. Upon a conversation over 50 mints they told your food was delivered and hence no refund can be made! I was surprised like anything. After a prolonged argument with the customer care executive, nothing figured out. Even he disagreed to take that delivery man on call. I am really disappointed with this. I incurred a loss of rs 440.

                            I am divya thakur and order order #[protected] concern abount wrong item deliverd to me its very wrost service i have been faced i hav orders so many times i never beien sufferd like this order its totally diapponted me i request you to take your item back now only because i have been order chiken biryani and they have been deliverd jeera rice istead of my item they deliverd wrong item to me i have been paid huge amount for order not for the wrong item they have been deliverd yet so reqesting you to refund my rs 835rs whole amount i don’t want to oss my money and as i talk with the customer care they are not responding properly shame on call center they simply saying mail us that’s it or else 300rs coupon i don’t want any coupon i have been paid money i want refund only i don’t want any coupons and all kindly requesting you again refund my money as soon as possible i have been shared a picture in chat support too of wrong item

                              I have never seen this kind of service swiggy is providing. I started chatting with swiggy team and they rudely ended the chat by saying we will make every effort to see that this never happens again. Blah blah.

                              Food is stale, cold and unwanted ingredients. Just wanted to get my money back or replace the item. They said, they would pull up their socks next time.

                              I ordered two choco lava cake and 1 med pan kadhai and they have delivered three choco lava cake and mad pan kadhai is not yet delivered.

                              I would not recommend this app not even for a single pie to buy.
                              Item which i ordered was not delivered. Bad is not the word you would want to use for swiggy. It is more worse.

                                I ordered two burger but due to some connection issue of mobile they cancel my order and there told me that we make a many calls. To me but i can not received any call. If you are not connected a call can you can message me email me you have all the email address and messaging mobile number so they can not message me or email me at the time of cancellation they refund only half money as i paid so it last i want my money back.

                                This is with regards to Order ID: [protected] placed in at Subway T. Nagar
                                While placing the order I accidentally selected wrong address (In Anna Nagar)
                                Hence I initiated a Chat support with your executive to request for the order to be delivered to West Mambalam
                                The reason I was gives was that West Mambalam is far from T. Nagar and hence they cant processes the request
                                Anyone who resides in Chennai can tell that T. Nagar and West Mambalam has a distance of less than 2 kms but Anna Nagar was 7+ KMs away from T. Nagar

                                More over I have been given the disclaimer as Cancellation charges will be upto 50% of amount plus my cash on delivery will be blocked till specified transactions. I can give you around 10 orders within last 3 months where the order is cancelled by Swiggy, who will take responsibility for that.

                                We all work for customer-centric support which should not penalise customer for simple mistakes as its human nature to make one.

                                  complaint about the delivery boy not wanting to deliver the food at the time of delivery

                                  I ordered food from 'mandarin oak' located in kamothe, navi mumbai on swiggy at 1pm today. At 2pm i got a call from delivery partner. (Tracking order map showed the food is 10mins away). I order veg schezwan fried rice for my spouse as i was not at home. Usually i order food when i m not at home.
                                  The delivery partner named anuj raj said he had problem with his bike and can't deliver the food. I told him there's no one at home who...

                                  I ordered a mysore masala dosa today from singla dwarka through swiggy. I am a prime member. The delivery boy picked up my order as the food was prepared in just abt 5 to 7 minutes. The order was picked up as per the status in swiggy app. However the delivery boy status was still showing that he was still at singla even after 12 minutes. I called him and he told me that he has multiple orders and that he will take another 5 to 7 minutes to start from singla restaurant. Then he will deliver the order that he received after my order was prepared and thereafter he will bring my order.
                                  That means that after picking up my order the food was getting cold for 12+7+10 (Travel time to 2nd order) + 5 minutes travel time to deliver to me = 34 minutes.

                                  Swiggy telecaller says that it is company policy to take multiple orders for one delivery boy even if it means that the first customer order is delayed and he gets cold food as company wants that the delivery boy should make more money so that they remain motivated as there is shortage of staff...

                                  Wow... I think we all genuine customers should boycott swiggy till the time they make a policy that one order per delivery boy.

                                  Pls share my experience with your friends as much as possible.

                                  Hello Sanjay, at times we implement batch order with the aim to save up on fuel and make our world a little greener while increasing the overall efficiency. That being said, we ensure only those orders are clubbed which do not deviate from the aforementioned ETA. That being said, if there were a delay in the said delivery, please write to us at [protected]@swiggy.in with your registered details & relevant order ID so that we can look into the issue and take corrective measures.

                                  My friend the explanation you have given is a stereo type and seems like a big excuse for your faulty policy. You are certainly not trying to save the planet or make our planet greener by saving on fuel but in reality you are trying yo make more money both for you and your staff but at the expense of quality and service to your prime customer.

                                  I[censored] want to make planet greener then make sure your staff only use electric vehicles but you will definately not do that.

                                  So pls dont make stories and admit that your company policies are faulty and infact u should make sure that ur staf[censored]se only electric vehicles and also that one delivery boy should deliver only one order and yhat also asap so that we can enjoy hot food rather then food that was prepared 35 to 40 minutes before which will definately be a cold food.

                                    My mail id [protected]@gmail.com is active for more than 14 years. Now it is used by another person from kochi, kerala to buy food through swiggy.
                                    Because of this i could not log in swiggy with my mail id. Whenever the other person buy some food items, swiggy forward the details to my mail id.

                                    I have complained to swiggy once about this by mentioning all the details. I attached a bill too received from swiggy. But they have taken no action.
                                    I am attaching a bill recently received from swiggy for the food bought by the person in my mail id and who is not known to me.

                                      complaints against delivery agents

                                      Address: E3 kamala apartment, Nehru colony, Hospet, Bellary, Karnataka, 583201

                                      The delivery agent assigned to me was terrible and ill mannered. He called me asking for address in kannada... I gave and as i am not from karnataka, i spoke in hindi and english and even told him that i am not able to speak in kannada... He rudely spoke and hung the call up...
                                      Again he called me couple of times, i gave him the direction of the address... He was nagging to me asking to pick up the order from a certain point... He...
