Swiggy — complaint regarding missing item and incomplete refund swiggy order [protected]

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent Swiggy order in which I ordered two shawarmas and one falooda. However, the delivery executive handed over only one shawarma and one falooda.

When I informed the delivery executive about the missing shawarma, he asked me to contact customer care and immediately left as he was getting down at the train station. This caused significant inconvenience.

I paid ₹130 + GST for the missing shawarma. However, customer support team has informed me that only ₹114 will be refunded. I do not accept this partial refund. I expect a full refund of the entire amount I paid for the missing item, including GST.

Again later they told they will pay 144 and played a drama and later informing to ignore the above message. Fraud Swiggy. Please verify the reference photos

It is not acceptable for customers to bear losses due to delivery errors
