Swiggy — complaint regarding swiggy instamart order [protected] dated 12.03.2025

Dear Swiggy Customer Care Team,

I'm writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue with my Instamart order (#[protected]) placed on 12.03.2025. I had ordered boAt Airdopes 141 earbuds for my husband on the occasion of Holi.

Upon opening the package, I found it empty except for the box, charging cable, and manual. The earbuds and case were missing. I immediately contacted customer care and was directed to reach out via chat or email. I also spoke with the delivery boy, who initially denied delivering the product but later admitted to delivering it as received from the hub.

I suggest investigating the delivery boy's past record, especially for expensive electronic items. Despite raising a complaint with chat support, I was promised a resolution within 6 working hours, but it's been 7 days (144 hours) since then. I've contacted around 15-20 Swiggy representatives via chat, call, and email, but unfortunately, I've only received a standard response citing a technical issue.

As a Swiggy customer, this experience has been disappointing. I kindly request a thorough investigation into this matter and a comprehensive response outlining the steps Swiggy will take to resolve it.

I've attached relevant documents, including order confirmations, screenshots of the issue, and additional information to assist in resolving this matter.
