Swiggy — complaint regarding unfair 100% cancellation fee order no. [protected]

Dear Team,
I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding an order I placed through Swiggy on 21-May-2025, which I had to cancel shortly after placement due to an address error.
Order Details:
Restaurant Name: Mumbai Zaika
Order No.: [protected]
Order Amount: ₹1028
Order Item: Chicken Mughlai Khepsa
I realized within 2 minutes of placing the order that the delivery address selected was incorrect. I immediately cancelled the order before any preparation had begun. Despite this prompt action, I was still charged a 100% cancellation fee, which I find unreasonable under the circumstances.
I understand cancellation policies exist to protect restaurants from loss, but in this case, the cancellation was done almost instantly, and no resources were consumed. I kindly request that you review this situation and initiate a refund or Swiggy Wallet credit for the charged amount.
