Swiggy — complete spillage of food not initiating full refund

I ordered my food through Swiggy. Ordered item was a coffee pitcher. In the image they were showing a full big jug and when they delivered they gave in 4 paper cups in a paper bag which completely spilled out from the paper cups and the entire order was affected and spoiled. Worst service. Worst packaging. Even the Swiggy delivery executive confirmed the spillage. I complained along with the condition of the order. I have got pictures and mailed them at their support team. They are offering me 25 rupees as compensation. I refused to accept that because my order was affected due to their packaging not my fault. I want full refund. I have got pictures and mail screenshots and I M sharing that with you. Please help me in getting required full Compensation.
