Swiggy — customer related issue using abusing language

My name is Tanveerahmed I'm working Dwight as delivery boy issue is 21st July 2018 I was delivered to food for customer address km reach customer area but customer not mention specify clearly home no because that was lots of home are same that's why I'll try to customer no with swifty app as well as inform customer care also and customer care also trying customer number but customer not respond then I'm.inform reporting hub manager Mr manish also and he also trying customer number but customer not respond then I'm waiting more then 45 mint after that customer calling me another number then specify the house no and using abusing word and shouting me .
I requested you kindly take actions this kind of chipest customer and black list for all online blood delivery partner please.
