Swiggy — Customer Service - Food Quality

Swiggy has been a trustworthy food delivery service for many years. However, in the recent past, it has proven to leave nothing short of an awful experience every time I have used the application. 1. InstaMart orders take hours together, and the funny part is you cannot cancel it. They go to such great lengths. One time, I places the order at around 9.00pm in the evening, which was delivered at 2.40am in the morning. The delivery guy calls me to collect the order in the middle of the night - yet, inspite of SwiggyOne, or requesting the customer care, you cannot cancel it. And when they are not in the mood, they simply cancel the order from their end. 2. Help (or) customer care section is a joke. They repeat the system-generated responses and end the conversation with no real resolution. 3. Today, 2 of the 3 items I ordered had cockroaches in it. Their response - they will reach-out to the restaurant and get to the bottom of this. What is the resolution - nothing - with the same system-generated responses. The resolution I have after more than 1 hour long chats is that I get a refund of Rs.68 against my total order of Rs.241.
