I ordered food through swiggy app.. I placed an order at 10.19pm by paying through netbanking.. My order was supposed to be delivered by 11.00pm.. But at 11.10pm food was being prepared and not even delivery executive had been assigned.. So i cancelled the order..
When i tried to contact customer care executives, no one helped me to get my refund.. They kept saying it will take 5 days.. Just clarify whose mistake is this... I paid money and food was not delivered... So why should i wait for 5 days.
I kept chatting with them.. But they marked that the issue had been resolved when it is actually not resolved... All people are doing the same..
Shame on swiggy services!!!
