I had placed an order on Swiggy with order id [protected]. The dilevery partner somehow couldn't find my address, which has never happened before. And I got a call which was automatically ignored because of it being a spam. I tried calling back when I checked the logs and the number was busy and didn't respond. I contacted swiggy support and the restraunt said that we have recived the order back, and won't issue you a refund because that is on Swiggy. The Swiggy agent said I tried to issue a refund but it failed due to network error and I'll receive an email from them to initiate refund, which I didn't receive. When I emailed them they just said they can do nothing about this.
My apartment is on the main road, their is no way delivery partner wouldn't have found it if he tried. And their phone number was spam so that's not my fault to. I request you to please look into this matter as this was a completely unfair experience. The amount was Rs. 654. Was this information helpful? |
