[Resolved]  Swiggy — Did not get refund for cancelled order

I had placed an order on Swiggy Instamart. But I immediately cancelled it and swiggy initiated a refund. On their side it is showing that the refund is successfully credited to my bank account. But I have not received the refund. I contacted Swiggy via email and chat but they are refusing to help me. They said they will not do anything on this matter.

I contacted my bank and they are telling me that no refund is credited to my account.

I gave the RRN number provided by swiggy to my bank but bank is saying that the RRN number is of the transaction that I made while placing the order. This is how they loot consumers' money. Small amounts like this from consumers all over the world and they can make easy extra bucks.
