Swiggy — estimated delivery is 30 min but not delivered in 1 hour.

I have given order at 12:52 pm but after one hour order is not delivered.
Not even swiggy called me for the delay reason. I have missed a very important office meeting for this delay.
Want to take strict action against them as they are not treating their customers well. And this is not the first time am facing it.

Swiggy ke delivery charges jyada hai or delivery man extra charges alag se leta hai. Swiggy aap par location bhi thik nhi hai.or location bhi search nhi ho pati or door ki location par delivery nhi ho pati
