Swiggy — fleet manager

Im working on swiggy as a delivery partner in trivandrum(Thampanoor zone)
today i went to pattom office at the time of 10:30, there are no fleet managers, i just waited about one hr for my payments and also i got a morning message as every partner should come for the process of SWIGGY SMILE ...
no fleet managers attend the phone call
i just wasted my time on that worst office ...
if managers cant do their work on time on this reputed company, why the swiggy keeping their fleet managers like this
please give us a good managers who help to the consumers and Delivery partners ...
