Swiggy — Follow-up on complaint regarding delivery boy fraud

Dear Swiggy Support Team,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to follow up on a complaint I raised regarding a fraudulent activity involving a delivery executive. I was informed that I would receive a response within 24 hours. However, more than 24 hours have passed, and I have not received any update on the matter.
I kindly request you to look into this issue at the earliest and provide me with an update on the progress of my complaint. Please let me know if any additional information is required from my side to expedite the resolution.
I am emailing you for the 4th time after thinking about this, please take action on this.
