Please see the attached bill for food ordered through Swiggy, today at 1.15pm.
When ordering, the information was the food would be delivered at 2.00 pm.
It reached at 3.00 PM.
The delivery person picked up a call at 2.20 and cut the call.
When he called at 3.00 pm, I canceled the order and asked him to take it back.
The distance from Vytill to my house is 4 km.
It would take a maximum 10 minutes to reach my place.
And, your delivery tracking was showing, food would be delivered in 6 minutes for almost ONE HOUR.
The manager at Paragon washed off his hand when I spoke to him.
I had stopped using Swiggy, for more than 4 months.
Made the mistake of ordering again through Swiggy.
Never again in the future.

Do you have any answers to the questions?

I wonder who employed you and how much you are being paid to respond, so irresponsibly.
Do you know the name of the person who claims he delivered the parcel?
Or did he inform you that he ate it?
