Swiggy — food not delivered but shows delivered, money already taken

Hi i ordered food in swiggy however was not delivered but says delivered... This is at 1am in the morning... Tried contacting the delivery guy but he didn't pick the call.

I tried contacting customer care but received pathetic response and they closed the chat without solving the issue.

I was not delivered food and i had to sleep with hunger and there are no other restaurants now... I am looking for compensation on this inconvenience.
