Swiggy — Food not delivered by the delivery partner but shown delivered.

I orderd food from Swiggy at 1:55am. on 7th October, 2025.
It was never delivered.

The delivery partner who was Muskan Parveen, marked the order as delivered but never picked up my call on calling.

I have cctvs all around my delivery address (the location where the food was to be delivered) but there was nothing but air at that time.

I tried contacting swiggy and called the customer service at first, then they insisted on sending an email and said that it will be handeled by the senior staff... and then at 8:20pm on the same day, they reply with an email saying that they are unable to offer compensation for my claim!

for an order of just 118 rupees they will have to pay a huge compensation if i sue them! the delivery location was surrounded with cctv and no one actually came or called.

This was nothing but a scandal.

Kindly arrange for the refund.
