Last night I have ordered a tandoori chicken full leg piece including delivery charge amount was 148 RS.
I was not well to cook, hence I have ordered the food on High price demand even.
However after 40 mins I have received a call from delivery boy, saying that he can't deliver the food, so I should cancel the order. I said if that case let swiggy call me and explain the reason for that, why then they taken the order.
But I have not received any call, I tried multiple times to connect with customer care on chat and calling. But no response received from them. I got SMS saying your order has been delivered on time. Instead I get my money back I got this message, what a surprise.
So is really consumer is taking any action on these kinds of cheating and fraud platforms.
Now I again connected with them and told the redicolous experience I had. Now they offered me to return my money, but what about the situation yesterday I had, couldn't even had dinner. Wasted my precious time. What is the compensation swiggy supposed to provide to a customer as penalty.
Can I expect a quick justice against thse inhuman act by swiggy. Because they have charged and updated me without providing food.
