[Resolved]  Swiggy — food ordered was spilled/eaten and not edible

I ordered food on 20dec and on delivery found it eaten/spilled and inappropriate to eat. We raised the complain to support service, with photos. Initially he was agreeing to return small amount only. Also, he was so rude that we raised the level to his superior. It was then agreed for full refund and i was told payment will come within 4-5working days. After a week, we again raised issue of not getting refund, for which they again reassured that my refund has been initiated and they even gave me ref id. This continued for many times as evry time they had same reply.
After 2wks passed, i again enquired but for my surprise, they confirmed my refund initiation, but given wrong date. That time i got something wrong is being done.
I repeatedly communicated with support service regarding this, along with all documented proofs like photos and screenshot s.
But finally, on 7jan, got confirmation that food was delivered to me and there isnt any refund going on.
Thus, they not only spoiled my time, cheated on my money bt also given false information repeatedly.
