Hi team,

So, this is how it went.

Order #[protected] | wed, jan 8, 2020, 08:18 pm : paid 450 rs

I placed this order and the delivery guy marked it delivered without delivering. I called you guys and was escalated and a replacement order was placed as the delivery person wasn't responding.

Note: it's the same items that were ordered again.

Then received a call from swiggy at 9:33 pm informing that my watermelon feta salad wasn't available and the person canceled the unavailable item i. E. Watermelon salad and informed that 219 rs will be refunded to paytm (Source of payment) within an hour and that i would get the delivery soon.

It's been more than 13 hours now, no update on the refund. Contacted support and have attached the horrible conversation and see what they said.
So, here's my question:

If i was promised a refund of 219 rs, where is it?
If it was a replacement order, and you can only see one item, then what happened to the money that i paid of the other item as i don't see that amount anywhere being refunded?
I ordered 2 and got 1, so where's my money again?
I need an immediate answer as to its been a recurring issue since this new year and honestly, now i am skeptical of ordering again.

    no refund for missing item

    I order 2 items from swiggy, prepaid but only 1 item was delivered.
    After hours of chatting with the support team via mail all they could tell me was they are sorry this happened to me and my feedback is very valuable and all but apparently i'm not entitled the money back for the missing item.
    I don't see how this is fair at all. Are they not expected to refund the items that were not delivered? Does this mean that every time...

    food ordered was spilled/eaten and not edible

    I ordered food on 20dec and on delivery found it eaten/spilled and inappropriate to eat. We raised the complain to support service, with photos. Initially he was agreeing to return small amount only. Also, he was so rude that we raised the level to his superior. It was then agreed for full refund and i was told payment will come within 4-5working days. After a week, we again raised issue of not getting refund, for which they again reassured...

    I ordered 2 units of chocolate pan cake with honey and maple syrup from “breakfast express” and paid ₹324 for the order but got an omlette in place of what i ordered. I complained to swiggy about it but dint get any refund or replacement from them. I mailed the issue to their customer service and got a very unsatisfactory reply from them. They have taken the issue very casually and are not ready to resolve my issue

      I given order on foodclick (Akota, vadodara) via swiggy at: 01/12/2019, 01:08 am. Payments was also done by card of rupees 210 rs not received order or not perfect solution from swiggy.

      मैंने रत को 1 am को आर्डर दिया पर 1.40 am ऍम तक नहीं आया. डिलीवरी बॉय आर्डर लेके होटल से निकल गया but वो डिलीवरी लोकेशन से wrong way पे जा रहा था तो मेने उसे 1.42 am को कॉल किया तो उसने call नहीं उठाया तो फिर 1.44 am को कॉल किया नहीं उठाया तो 1.45 am ऍम को कॉल किया तो उसने उठाया और 1 min 5 sec जैसी बात हुई तो उसने कहा क rathod sanjay (Delivery boy) - [protected] "सर में आ रहा हूँ, एक मेरा दूसरा आर्डर डिलीवरी करने आया हूँ तो वो आर्डर का लोकेशन नहीं मिल रहा. वो डेलिवर करके आता हूँ 5 मिनिट में" 5 मिनिट के बाद वो नहीं आया तो मेने उसे 1.55 ऍम को कॉल किया और कुछ 39 sec बात हुई और बोला आ रहा हूँ. But फिर भी नहीं आया तो मैंने वापिस कॉल किया but फिर उसका कॉल लगा नहीं. मैंने last 2.10am तक call लगाया but लगा नहीं. फिर मेने साथ में swiggy chat support में contact किया और करीब 1 dec 3.10 am तक बात चली फिर भी कोई solution नहीं आया मेरी problem का. मेरे घर पर गेस्ट आये हुआ थे उस रत तो मेने आर्डर किया और फिर न आर्डर आया टाइम पर और न सही से रेस्पॉन्स. 1am to 3.10 am तक मेरा समय बर्बाद किया और ऊपर से बुखा रखा वो अलग. और पैसे ले लिए बिना order delivery kiye वो अलग. Swiggy wasted around 3 hours my time.

      My some questions to swiggy
      1. 1 delivery boy) एक साथ में 2 order कैसे ले सकता है? (Reply from swiggy chat no a delivery partner cannot have two order at a same time)
      2 - अभी तक मुझे कोई अपडेट क्यों मिला swiggy की और से उस रत हुआ क्या क मेरा आर्डर नहीं मिला मुझे?
      3- मेने उस रत swiggy chat support में परेशान होक कहा था के मुझे अपना account permanent डिलीट करना है उसका भी कोई सलूशन नहीं दिया (उस दिन के बाद आज तक मेने आपकी swiggy service नहीं use की है. मुझे बताई के swiggy से permanent ac कैसे डिलीट होगा). मैंने अपनी family के सभी member के mobile से swiggy app uninstall करवा दिया उस दिन की बेकार सर्विस के बाद. But मुझे permanent account delete करना है तो कैसे होगा?

      ऊपर के सारे सवाल मेने swiggy chat support में किया है पर वहा से मुझे कोई सही और solution नहीं मिला. और मेने पूरी swiggy support chat का conversation के स्क्रीनशॉट निचे की image add किये है. Also swiggy chat support accepted there is rules to not accept 2 order at same time. We are very disappointed with swiggy services.

      I can’t forgive this matter easily. I will take serious action against matter. Anyhow. It’s a proper cheating from swiggy.

      WHEN I GOT THE ORDER, AND OPENED IT TO EAT . IT IS TOTTALY CHICKEN BIRYANI.

      AND NO ONE TO HELP. PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY ACTION

        Very rude and abusive behaviour by delivery guy. I ordered at 8.19 pm. He came to my location at 8.51 pm and called me. Said he is waiting at gate. I was in second floor and i reached him by 8.54pm. When i went to pick my order from delivery guy he started yelling at me telling that i came late. And he wants to attend next delivery. He was not in his swiggy uniform. And also carried a pillion rider with him. He told that his leg was injured and couldn’t walk to deliver the food to me. Upon questioning why is he working while he is injured. He started using abusive languages at me and calling me names in front of public. I am a doctor and this incident happened in hospital premises. Thank god there was security at the gate these guys looked like goons and came at me for attacking. I quickly escalated the place. And deeply unsatisfying with swiggy. I want strict actions taken against this guy
        Ordered from Swiggy on 1st Jan from Subway and found insect inside the food. Now when complaining to Swiggy not refunding the full amount and defending Subway.Need immediate response

          i ordered the food (order no :[protected]) from swiggy today, but due to some application issue my 1st transaction (order id mentioned in subject) was cancelled.
          Now i got the message that i would be charged Rs.536/- on my next order.
          Since i ordered the food again and i am getting charge on my previous order which got cancelled due to application issue,
          which need to be taken serious note. Being a consumer its not my mistake that due to any application issue i should face such kind of problem
          kindly arrange a call to discuss on this further.

            I ordered 4 items and one out which was missing. Despite of sending multiple mails to swiggy support, no corrective action was taken. All kind of out of context excuses was given to me. I lost money and my time following up with swiggy. They are blatantly telling me that refund will not be made for this and we have made a note of it. There customer support has not given any reason behind it.

              Hello, yesterday at 08:07 pm i was book two order chole bhature & paneer chily sandwich, i paid payment through google pay. whenever i recived my order and open packet one item dilevery boys was nilesh.
              please refund my sandwich amount and take action againt apna sweets & dilevery boy. customer not supporting me.

                I ordered a food from a restaurant Lal Qila a biryani worth Rs.166 . The food is spoiled. The taste is so bad that I can't eat it. I informed them about this and they are telling the best they can do is give me a coupon for rs.75. I asked to give me good food or give refund. They are not ready to do anything about this. They are so adamant that they cannot do anything other than giving me a coupon of 75 for which I paid 166 . I haven't seen such a worst customer care in my life. This should not happen to anyone.

                  Item missing and wrong item delivered (ORDER #[protected] | Tue, Dec 31, 2019, 07:48 PM)
                  I had ordered 2 veg biryani and chicken tandoori masala dry and other items on 31st dec 19. The items i received had 1 veg biryani instead of 2 and gravy based chicken tandoori masala.
                  I had raised this issue on 31st dec 19 as soon as the ordered was delivered. The delivery executive was gone by the time i checked the items. I contacted the help section via chat (sent him delivery slip and wrong item image) on the swiggy website who sent me rs 25 compensation coupon, but never helped me in resolving the issue.

                  I had again contacted the customer support executive today and they have told me to contact support over email. I do'nt understand that why was this not told to me on the first day i raised this issue.

                  1) item missing
                  ordered for 2 plates of veg biryani, but only 1 was sent ( check the attached delivery slip showing 1 veg biryani sent along with the order) ( attached delivery_slip_and_chicken tandoori_image.jpeg)
                  2) item different from what order
                  had ordered for chicken tandoori masala ( as per the image on the delhi drum website it show dry) but was send a gravy based dish. (attached chicken tandoori_image_delhi_drum_website)

                  Now even after writing to [protected]@swiggy.in about the issue (to refund the amount), they state in their reply that i have been compensated by a Rs 25 coupon whereas the missing item veg biryani is Rs 80 and the chicken tandoori masala cost Rs 230.

                  This is not expected from swiggy.

I have told him to write happy birthday Shaveta Mam . He said to wats app this to his number . I watsapp the same on his number [protected]. I forgot his name . If order is completed then there is no use to kept the number of customer. Late night I received a picture message from same number with hearts and saying good night . Is it geniun to send such message to female .

                      Money has been debited from my account more than 5 times while placing order using swiggy and what happens is that the order won't get confirmed at all so we start calling the customer executives and they tell all kind of lame excuses like they didn't recieve the payment at all and we have to place the order again and they tell that if money is debited it will come back to your account after some days but when i checked my pass book their is no money credited to my account. So they know that we won't be remembering this after several days and we don't have time to take this issue further to next level i am complaining because this issue has happened more than thrice to me and they haven't rectified this or provided my money back to me so i guess i need a resolution for the same.
                      I have ordered food in swiggy through gpay amount has been debited but order has not been placed I want refund

                        I ordered tonight from swiggy. Applied the location as current location.. I dont know how it went to some other location, and it was not that far from my place. Hardly 10 mins. I asked delivery boy to come to my place and i would give him some extra charges for that. He simply denied. Even swiggy customer care didn't help. And i was charged 137 as cancellation. Pls help in this case. I was waiting for some assistance from swiggy if in case they could request the delivery boy, but they also couldn't do anything. But i think if i had given extra charges to the boy, then it was possible for me to get myfood. Pls see to this. As this will go into awareness.

                          My name is akshay. Today around 3:15 to 3:30 pm. Hari nagar a block a - 171 a black gate swiggy executive misbehave with me. When i confirm from them whom order??? They replied me khana hai kya... Is this the way that company add mannersless education less delivery boy. And when i tell them i forward the complaint to swiggy. They replied swiggy are nothing in front of me this company are shoe of mine. What is this??? Like swiggy delivery are gunda. Do call me. I am also your regular customer.

                            I ordered 2 combos from burger singh, cp / delhi.
                            The delivery guy only delivered fries and wasn't bothered when i told him that the delivery was incomplete

                            I phoned swiggy customer service but the agent was ridiculous.
                            The guy refused to refund my paytm payment of rs. 777 or re-deliver a full order.
                            He offered to give me a voucher of rs. 125 instead. That would mean that i would have to finance another order instead of getting a refund for my original order.

                              Hi,
                              I ordered a plum cake from afraa deli kolkata on dec 31, 2019 from my aunt's swiggy account (Kabita choudhury - [protected]). I gifted that cake to one of my relatives. Later on after checking with them, i came to know that the cake was rotten entirely and was very very old, they had to throw it. I have spent rs. 430 on the cake and certainly i realize that i not only wasted my money but, i also lost my prestige. I complained to swiggy regarding this and they very casually said that, they will let the restaurant know and also after 24 hours there is no replacement of food or money.

                              I am extremely disappointed by this and certainly waiting for your response on this. I need a replacement or my money back for this!

                                I changed my number because of an apparent issue with my network in which calls were not going through.

                                So i changed my number on swiggy on a temporary basis.

                                After that i am unable to login to swiggy app. Its saying "login with existing account."

                                Swiggy says they cannot change the number back and nor helping with the issue.

                                I have a monthly order of 5000/- on their app and they are not even refunding.

                                  In mentioning about recent complaints, in this year 2020, i got 3 delay orders in swiggy. The resturant is 1km away from my home but they take 1hr to delivery food because they assigned deliver partner for two delivery. So he have to wait for the another person food also, what is the reason i have to wait. I filed lot complaints on swiggy customer support by directly through supervisior. He will say our team is working on. But till now, no resolution is taken. I mailed through by email also with photo proof. I have audio proffla speaking with customer support, they saying problem with head department, so they are not making resolution. I have lot of proof, i filed nearly lot of complaints.
