Swiggy — food spillage and still no refund

I had ordered from Jugadnight hotel Ahmedabad at 12 jan around 1-2 am and i got comoletely spilled order, so i complained and claim for refund, subsequently i talked on phone with their customercare, they assured me that i will get refund but its 1wk i got nothing...completely pathetic!!!
And now they are telling me that 24hrs have been passed so i"ll get nothing!!!

I'm doing complaint about parcel system.
Parcel pecking was not properly, and food was also not proper cook.!!
