didn't received my order

Hi swiggy,

I had placed an order with order number#[protected],[protected]
With swiggy. But neither i get a call from any delivery boy nor i get my order. Instead of processing my refund fro the same they have marked it delivered and then i raisef a issue regarding that then they said we can only pass on the feedback to the concern team. I am not ambani's daughter to pay them extra money without getting my order....

I ordered a domino's pizza with cost of 493.50rs after applying the promo code i got it 393.50 rs but swiggy was collected 394 rs there collecting extra 50 paisa, after checking with customer care there are saying that it was round figure amount that why we collected 50 paisa extra please check on this issue and help me to get the remaining 50 paisa money

money debited but order not placed

I had ordered dominos pizza worth rs.109.60 from swiggy on 17 november 19. Since dominos doesn't accept order below 300 the order wasn't placed but before that the amount had been already debited. I have tried to call both swiggy and dominos customer care executive but they aren't taking any responsibility. Please i want my refund!

The amount was deducted from my sbi account and order was placed from [protected] on swiggy....

regarding illegal cancellation fee

On 3rd december i have two pastries from delice, nagpur i received only one when i opened in front of the delivery boy, after a long conversation at the midnight the delivery boy made some calls
So he suggested me to pay for the one item

add on food not delivered

I had ordered from city square cafeteria and ordered a plate shawarma with add ons which costed extra, but when i received the food i didn't get the add ons.
So i immediately complained to the customer service, but they didn't give me a satisfactory reply and kept on replying with recorded messages and i could not get compensation. I am very disappointed in swiggy and the reply from the customer service was very bad i want compensation...

third class services and unethical practices

This one unethical, unreliable and untrustworthy company hardly delivers on time and number of time they don't even delivers it despite being paid orders customer service is pathetic and can't expect anything there only waste of time they seems to have rookies working with them and there pricing is so unethical that they have different discount for different accounts more you order they make you pay more with reduced discount and inflated...

unauthorized charge for membership subscription

I realized that the amount is higher than items i ordered for so contacted customer care. They said they have added the amount as my renewal charges for another 3 months.
