I ordered a biryani from a nearby restaurant through swiggy. The delivery was getting delayed much more than the usual time. The track order was showing the stable location of he delivery guy. When i contacted the customer care, it was useless. There was still no movement of the delivery guy. It took an hour, then two hours and then three hours. No delivery or notifications at all. Neither from the delivery guy nor from the customer care. They didn’t even refund my money. Please look into it seriously!
Swiggy deliever to me stale patties from mio amore..they are refusing to refund or replace but only apologizing for the same..

    Time :9:15 pm

    I have not received call from swiggy agent as soon as he called me its been late by one hour and cx care promise me to give me free delivery, but neither free delivery nor fund has been refunded...

    I want to be assisted with free delivery and charges
    My order was cancelled due to very late in delivery, order cancelled by swiggy and said that i will receive this order for free. But till date no refund is received and no free order received. Order #[protected] i have spoken to my bank also they said no money is credited in my account or any amount came from swiggy. So if you can help me to get my refund.

      Its been 3 years i am using swiggy.. But from last 3-4 months.. Swiggy is pivking wrong address evrytime.. And customer care is not all corporative and charges extra for that.. Today also.. The addess picked was of peer mushala and the address was givwn was of railvihar.. Currwnt address is around 15-20 km from restraurant... And desired address is 3-4 km.. And for that wsiggy is asking for 90rps cancelation charges..
      Dont understand what you guys are doing.. I will not recommend this to my friends.. And even i will remove swiggy form my phone..

      Please inprove your quality...

        First do something about your service if you care about loosing customers. You are c h e a t s. Yesterday i ordered for stuff from mcdonalds. It took 50 minutes for you to tell me order was "spilled" then the replacement order got "cancelled" and in the process you did not refund my money as well as keeping me hungry for 2 hours till i ordered from somewhere else. And customer care tells me do whatever you can we will not refund.
        You have lost me as a customer and i will ensure to sue you for this blatant deficiency of service already paid for
        If you want to avoid this refund me 390 rs + 5000 rs as compensation + 70 rs i lost on the next order because swiggyit coupon can be aplied only once in 2 hours

          Yesterday i got insect in the food problem. I have called to customer care no response they will my team will contact no the hell team is contacted they are playing with people life 😡😠😠 😠 if any insect is there we don't then what our life. Playing with people looking for and money no response from swiggy. Frdz they are ready to give worst food. They will kill us people are ordering daily for food where we can eat good and healthy food but they are providing dangerous food friends. Please i request this kind of incidence shouldn't happen with you. Coustmer care will never call us they fake person.

            I had ordered veg pineapple tofu hot & sour soup x 1 from cit café, kolkata through swiggy app on 18th january, 2020 at about 21:30 hrs and paid rs. 244 /- for that.
            However what i received is packet of fried rice. Upon receipt of the product i immediately contacted swiggy customer care through their app and customer care number along with picture of the product received where it can be clearly seen wrong product was give but instead of resolving my concern they redirected me to their email support as usual al without resolving the issue.
            The customer care supporter stated me with their standard answer of "this rarely happens and we'll provide the feedback to restaurant"
            The question here is not so much of money as much of the hassle one has to go through to report these issues and of basic business ethics and morale.
            The authority of swiggy show the item veg pineapple tofu hot & sour soup x 1, i had ordered veg pineapple tofu hot & sour soup x 1 from cit café, kolkata and paid rs. 244 /- for that but received is packet of fried rice, the activity of responsible persons of swiggy is a criminal offence as they dishonestly induces the customer to paid item cost showing original item but after paid amount they intentionally supplied wrong item of food.
            You are requested let me to, who or whose mistake deliver wrong food in place of my order. Also let me know who are responsible persons of this offence. As i want to lodge to complaint against them

I have ordered a simple item, chicken subway just cheese & chicken with some salt & pepper and when i received the order there was all vegetables all the sources. When i called the customer care in return i was told to write them a mail for refund. I just got apology mail & no refunds.
                I want the refunds on my order since haven’t consumed.

                  Last night i have raised a concern with swiggy to resolve my missing item they have gave me a four to six hour window to resolve which didn't happen at all and spoke with customer support they are also very rude and declined to provide any solution. Now it's almost been 14 hrs and still haven't received any mail or call from swiggy team worst customer service and consumer complaints resolution procedure....

                  On[protected] i have placed an order in swiggy order no is #[protected]. Swiggy bill was 423 including delivery charges 12 rupees. After getting the order i received restaurant bill which is mentioned as 331 excluding delivery charges, if we add delivery charges it should be 343 how can it become 423?
                  And another thing i want to mention, swiggy is showing price difference per item. My swiggy bill is roti *2= 66, garlic naan*2=104, chicken biryani with bone*1= 241, and restaurant bill is roti *2= 50, garlic naan *2= 80, chicken dum biryani *1 = 185. I want to know how the prices of the restaurant and swiggy will be different. And against bill we will never pay a single rupee extra. Here i paid 92 rupees. I want to know the exact reason if not i will proceed legally.

                    You all are #. Eating up people money in form of cancellation charges. What is it, some sort of cheap trick to gain more income. Cancelling orders and charging amount as cancellation fee. I don't understand why you guys do this. Placed orders will not be delivered or else cancelled at the last moment. I am sick of you guys. And your customer care executives, they will say something and do something. They will say full refund and then they will revert only half amount.

                      I have ordered from status restaurant order no [protected]. It's a paid order. Upon receipt i have identified that the items are missing (Lassoni naan) from my order. Have even drooped several mail with the bill proof but only thing i got in response is apology. Such a disgrace.

                      We all need to boycott swiggy. Only a significant loss of customer base will force them for not cheating there frequent customer. Restaurant

                        I placed an order from popular fresh momos, the momos are too bad at quality, were not fresh, schezwan was having very bad smell and mayonise too bad. Momos were too very bad.
                        Either return my money or replace the order. I and my friend get too bad taste of it as i am a regular customer of popular momos by it was so unsatisfying. Never got this bad momos. Very disappointing.

                            The order was placed by order no. #[protected]. On contacting the delivery boy at 2.11pm we guided him about the location which was just 2min away. Post which the delivery boy durgesh kadam ([protected]) entered the premises which is fulcrum business center and cancels the order. Need reason when we contacted him why the call was not made on that number before cancelling the order. And ontop the utter # what swiggy does is the payment made through debit card states that refund amount will be half, on what basis. Swiggy eating the food ordered by customer and takes money from customer giving stupid reason.

                            On calling customer care (V shrinivas) who claims to give the solution was arguing that refund will be given in 4 to 7 working days and was detrimental to accept mistake made by swiggy.

                            If swiggy likes to eat customer's food and money swiggy should tell us upfront as we keep donating money atleast you guys should not fool customer by reaching their premises, eating their food and making customer pay the money...

                            No doubt why zomato is preferred over swiggy by customers... Trust me you guys just proved that its the worst of service given by you... Its not matter of 278 rupees but its about fooling customer which swiggy keeps doing..., better shut your business and sit at home as your customer service people are big pain and not solution provider.

                            Mind it i will take this issue to consumer court

                              Order no [protected] was refused although order no [protected] was delivered some time back. Will not order anything from swigyy henceforth. Inspite of me requesting your delivery personnel whose cell no is [protected] and telling him that i will pay for his transport he didn't even bother to take my call. Such a ridiculous service where you do respect your customer is uncalled for. I tottaly reject swiggy.
                              I ordered "Langarwali Dal Khichdi" on 6th Jan 2020 in this restaurant via Swiggy.
                              BTW, I received the order badly in demaged way.
                              Even package broken and Khichdi spilled out. Totally worst experience and waste of money.
                              I ordered from ismail restaurent ongole but it was showing from Paradise restaurant, so i cancelled tge order but tge swiggy was deducted half amount and also i re ordered from ismail but i got vey less amount of food.. But as compared to restaurant menu swiggy was showing vey high prices. Wasting and looting money

                                I ordered food from a nearby restaurant. The expected delivery time was 31 minutes but they made me wait for one hour. Later the delivery executive called for asking the exact location and landmark again after 15 mins he asked the same details and came home without any kind of parcel. As i paid for the order in advance when i asked for the parcel he told your order was canceled. When i asked why? He said i don't know and left the place. Already being in hunger and waiting for hours i was very annoyed and contacted the customer service, they holded my call few mins and came back and told me, the delivery person canceled my order, so i was supposed to pay a penalty of rupees 55. I told them repeatedly that i was waiting for the order and i don't want it to get canceled but all they said was no we cant do anything.

                                  I order a food in 2 day before but unfortunate canceled the food and i gote a message from coustomer care your money will refundable still i didint get money back i gote one message in your side the massage was. Your 201rupees success fully refounded your account only one message i get i dont get money

                                  I have odered chicken galawti kebab from saundhee potli and the did not provided paratah with kebabs and when i complained on swiggy they are not replying me .
                                  Showing 30% discount on particular restaurant and after applying coupon also the amount on my order it's showing exact price of restaurant. This is what ur service which your providing to customers.

                                    I have placed an order with number #[protected] today and items were missing from it.

                                    I tried raising a trouble ticket to swiggy customer executive but i dint got any satisfactory response.

                                    2 romali rotis were missing from the order.
                                    I have ordered this food for 2 people and since items are missing one person will remain hungry.

                                    I was thinking swiggy will be able to solve this issue quickly by providing me a replacement but i was really disappointed with your response.

                                    I have been ordering from swiggy daily and i can understand that sometimes items may get misplaced from the order. But at thé same time, i expect a satisfactory solution to the problem.

                                    I want to highlight the i ordered from this restaurant on sunday also and again one item was missing from that order.

                                    I hope you will help me out in this matter.

                                    Also, attaching the screenshots of the conversation with your executive which was not as all satisfactory at all

                                      I have placed an order: #[protected], on swiggy. The delivery man cancelled the order saying number unreachable even when i was talking to him. And on top of it charged rs.392.50 as cancellation fee which makes no sense. No proper explanation was provided by the customer care or the delivery person.
                                      He said that i have pinned the wrong location and dragged an unwanted conversion, even while i was trying to explain the location, where he was not located in the first place. I am very sure as i sent my relative to collect from him from the location he lied to me on phone. He asked to me call and complain/cancel my order while i was talking to him, then cancelled order himself citing unreachable. It was not even a perishable food item (Dry fruits and packed sweets). On top he was not polite in his answers.

                                      It clearly showed in the map that he was nowhere near the location of delivery when this happened. This is cheating and cheap.
                                      I have made multiple deliveries to the same location through swiggy and this is my first bitter albeit un-digestible experience.
