Swiggy — Forcefully applied cancellation charges

On 13th of December 2024 I was just checking for the Cash On Delivery Option for my order then all of a sudden my order got placed and then Within a minute I raised the cancellation request on the app but the customer support executive didn't cancelled my order and also penalized me for cancelling my order.
But I'm well aware about that I can cancel any order within 60 seconds of time gap. But here I'm being forcefully asked to pay for cancellation charge. I'm attaching my cancellation request screenshot for your reference.
Also the Delivery Partner didn't even left for the location for delivery as I called him and explained my situation.
All these charges are in the name of Delivery Partner that he went to my location to deliver and because of me he suffered.
