Swiggy — I received spoiled food

I received spoild food and i clicked the photos of food and talked to customer care and asked for refund but they are not giving
P.s:- i payed through paytm
I told them about food
I did 2 times mail them with the photos of food but they just saying that they will take a strong action against restaurant
I want my refund coz I can not pay for spoild food which is not eatable can you please help me
