Swiggy — immediate refund request for cancelled order

I am writing to raise a serious concern about the unfair deduction of ₹268 for my recent order. The details are as follows:

I accidentally ordered the wrong food and provided an incorrect address. I realized this mistake immediately and canceled the order within a minute of placing it. Despite this, the full amount of ₹268 was deducted from my account.

It is completely unfair and unethical to charge customers the full amount for an order that was canceled within such a short time. There was clearly no significant effort or preparation involved within that timeframe to justify retaining the full payment.

I demand an immediate refund of ₹268. I expect my refund to be processed within 24 hours.
